Trip to Boston to see our son over Thanksgiving of 2014. Stayed 5 nights. who is going to Tufts in Somerville, MA. Looked for a hotel that was centrally located for seeing Boston sites. Very happy with hotel, location and service.

Stayed here for two nights over Thanksgiving. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean and given the location close Fanuiel Hall, I would definitely consider the hotel again. The biggest disappointment is that wifi is not free anymore, even if you are a member of the hotels rewards programme. If they revert back to the old policy,...

We stayed at the Omni Parker house for 6 nights in November, 2014. We had an excellent experience. Our 210 sq foot room was very quiet and nicely decorated and furnished; however the bathroom was small. Our stay included the breakfast buffet. The food was excellent. One waiter who I would like to give special recognition was Antonio, who has...

Beautiful hotel and perfectly located! We were able to walk to Quincy Market and Boston Commons. The hotel lounge was very warm and cozy :) we spent two nights having a chat and drink there before bed. I would return for sure!

We stayed at the Omni Parker House at the end of November and we were very impressed overall with this hotel. The location is perfect and is easily accessible to local attractions, shops and restaurants as well as being on the Freedom Trail. The hotel has a wonderful charm of its own which many modern chains lack. Our room was...

We visit Boston often and always stay at the Omni Parker House. Their suites are wonderful, clean and the beds are so comfortable. We stayed in the Kennedy Suite this past week. It's a beautiful room on the 10th floor with a gorgeous view of the city from 3 different windows. It's a corner room with a spacious bedroom and...

Great location, great atmosphere, clean comfortable room. The food (Steak Tips for Dinner) in Parker's Bar was exceptional !! Very nice staff all around. We will be back. FACT: Room 468 faces an alley way and is noisy in the early morning with trash pick up. Overall, I would give it a 4.5 out of 5.

We have stayed at the Omni Parker House 4 years in a row and have been extremely happy. The rooms are clean, the Staff are excellent and the location is perfect. I don't have anything negative to say - the restaurants/staff are attentive and very accurate with the order. The food/beverages are fantastic.

We visited Boston with our children and grandchildren so the suite at the Omni Parker House was perfect for the 6 of us. The staff was VERY friendly and accomodating. Love the location of this hotel. Our stay was very pleasant. Hotel is old and rooms could use some updating however they were clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
