Stayed at this hotel for a convention. The convention center is one block away and very convenient to the hotel. The hotel itself is clean, well-appointed, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was the no-typical pre-wrapped COVID-safe food. Bland and boring. There isn't much going on around the hotel. No real restaurants and a few bars. Best food options were via Uber Eats -- so if you're attending a conference, it's cabs / delivery to eat outside the conference facility. Can't really recommend it for anything other than business travel unless you're a tourist who is willing to drive Boston.

Good Morning and thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am glad that you took advantage of being so close to the convention center. We do have a hot breakfast made hot to go on the weekends and are looking to bring this back daily sometime after the new year. As far as restaurants, we do hope you check out the steakhouse that is right next door to us during your next visit. Thank you again for your review and we hope to see you again in the not too distant future.

Loved this hotel. First time staying at an Element. Comfortable room with a kitchenette located in the seaport district. Parking sucked as it was a block away, behind the building with no entrance into the hotel except the main. Getting in and out of the gated lot was also problematic as it is a QR code in your phone which didn’t work a lot of the time, and calling for assistance was slow. Continental breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this place but beware the parking situation!

Good morning and thank you for your review. I am happy to hear you enjoyed our clean rooms with a kitchen, fridge, and microwave. I apologize you had issues with our parking, it is managed by a third party and we will work with them to make sure everything is working on their end. We do hope to see you again in the not too distant future.

I have never been denied a late checkout with gold and platinum status in my life and travel quite extensively and was shocked at the unfriendly associate when asked. I was very disappointed and shocked. Everything else was good. Wouldn’t stay here again

Not a friendly place at all. The lamest breakfast ever. Yoghurt, and a bagel. Boiled prepackaged eggs were old. Glass walls to the small pool should be somewhat covered so not everyone passing stares. Sure it’s clean but boring, cold and unwelcoming.

I stayed here with my friends for a bday. The only downside is that there were several dogs in the breakfast area and that's a little unsanitary to me. I also want to point out that the supervisor Kisha was the reason our stay was as good as it was. She was SUPER SUPER SUPER helpful with anything we needed and she made us feel so welcome from the time we checked in until the end of our stay. Unfortunately she was out the day we were leaving but I still asked for her so we could say goodbye. If you ever stay here at this property I hope you are lucky enough to meet her. She was super awesome!
