Good place for holding over from Logan, convention shuttle service runs all day. Clean rooms. Spacious and well maintained. Breakfast isn't free, but good and friendly service. Made layover much more manageable, and held luggage while we visited some family in the area. Lots of Ubers in the area.

Hotel's Favourite
Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They provided a map of Boston and of the subway. You can walk to the Orient Heights station which is on the blue line in about 10 minutes. They have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 20 minutes so you can also catch the shuttle there as well if you do not want to walk to the other. They have a restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner as well as a bar. My only complaint was I think for such a large hotel they should have laundry service on each floor or at least more than one washer and dryer. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Give yourself more time when traveling by the subway when you are going to a Red Sox game. I thought it would only take us 17 minutes but it took over 1hr 15minutes plus we were packed like Sardines

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times for work. It’s close to the airport so easy access in and out but it’s the staff that make it one of the top of my list of Hilton properties. From the front desk to the restaurant staff you feel like you are staying at a local place. They are all more than helpful, friendly and always happy with a smile. It’s a busy place because of overnighters using it for travel and parking but I’ve never seen an argument or irritated worker and always enjoy my trip. Would def recommend.

This stay started with the shuttle bus not answering their phone. Called the front desk, but they never notified the shuttle driver. I decided to try calling the shuttle again after waiting 20 min, and glad I did - the hotel never contacted the shuttle. Shuttle came within 5 minutes after my call. The lobby is beautifully appointed. My mobile key never uploaded to my app, so I had to check in. There was no line and it only took a minute. I’m not sure if this hotel has just been remodeled, but it was lovely. The hallways are wide and beautiful. The hotel room was very clean, and nicely done. We didn’t eat the breakfast, but it looked very nice. Shuttle took us back to the airport. Would have been 5 stars if not for the shuttle issue.

Greetings, I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport in MA. I was thinking it would be a pretty "basic" hotel, meant for travelers going to and from the airport. I was wrong, it was a really nice hotel with all the amenities you'd need - good dining options, parking was easy, we used the both the pool and gym, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. In the end we discovered my sons favorite stuffie "Dragon" went missing. We spent the rest of the day asking staff if he'd turned up. All of the staff was so responsive and helpful. One of the housekeeping guys even went through ALL of the dirty towels to look for him. Dragon eventually turned up and the GM Reid sent him back to us with the sweetest handwritten note - I will not lie I teared up a bit. Anyway - stellar review for this hotel and staff and I will stay there anytime I am in the Boston area.

I like this hotel and I like how close to the airport it is. The pillows are really comfy. My only complaint about this hotel is the sheet doesn’t fit the bed. It’s driving me crazy. The last time I didn’t have this issue. The people at the customer service desk are really nice and helpful.

My experience started from the moment that Endy answered the phone. I had a few different scenarios to check out. Endy, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and she " EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS". She has earned a customer for life. It's very obvious that she understands customer service. Endy's service skills are "SECOND TO NONE" Her passion for taking care of the customers is so genuine. This hotel is so blessed to have Endy on their team. Thank you Endy and please don't lose that fire in your belly.

There are 2 Hiltons at Logan and this one is not good. It is not new as some of the reviews say and the food is not good. In fact it is awful. The menu is small, I had a salad, it was inedible. You would definitely not stay here for the food. The bed is comfortable. The room was clean but the place is very basic. The airport shuttle was great and convenient. So there is that. But the worst thing of all is that I got in the shuttle very early on my checkout day and immediately realized I had left my phone charger in the room. I thought maybe I would get off and take the next shuttle but instead called the front desk and they said no problem they would get it from the room and send it to my address on file. Guess what. No charger and then a lot of terrible customer service. A good hotel does not handle issues like this and does not have employee theft issues. Not good.

Clean, new-feeling, helpful staff, good parking. Awesome airport shuttle - fast, helpful, on demand. No waiting. Michael at the restaurant helped me get milk for my protein drink, which was very kind and greatly appreciated. There was a guy in the lobby eating breakfast alone. I have a brother with autism. This guy, without knowing him, was exactly like my brother. They staff were so so good with him. I nearly cried at the idea of my brother travelling and total strangers being this good to him. It'll never happen but the slight possibility was heartwarming. That alone gets them 5 out of 5 stars. We were offered a late check out at 2pm. No hassle, no fees. Slept well. Good stopover spot. Would definitely stay here again!
