The vibe was so neat. We love music and had great choices to listen too. Went to Red Sox game. Felt like we slept in the stadium. We traveled with a wheel chair and everyone was so accommodating to help us out. Staff super friendly. Best experience yet.

First a little context: we have been fairly locked down during the pandemic, wading our way gently back into society over the last year, fully vaxxed yet super wary, and thus riding each variant wave in waste-high water. Coming East for three weeks was a cannonball splash into the deep end, if we are to continue with this swimming pool metaphor LOL, and thus, The Verb Hotel became our proverbial life raft for a few nights, while we visited friends, family and co-workers in Boston. It was our respite in the evenings, after a full day of sun, city dirt and noise— a quiet place with records to spin and ambient lighting to soothe, accompanied by soft sheets and a firm mattress, cleaned with care and attention by Leticia. It was our cocoon in which we awoke each morning, coffee at the ready and a delicious meal down the hall, expertly served with warm smiles by duo Yoselin and Yaritza, which we then enjoyed on the open patio beside the (literal) pool, where I had swam laps the night before at sunset. There was nothing in particular that made us feel extra safe, in terms of COVID protocols; we were among the few masking, for example. But we had plenty of space to ourselves with ample outdoor options and in short, we loved our time here and we felt loved in return. It will always remain a lovely bright spot in our memories from what was overall a whirlwind trip filled with highs and lows. This was our first time in Boston, the Verb hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially Morgan. She made our stay wonderful . This was a birthday trip for my daughter and the staff went out of their way to write her a birthday card and make her feel very special. We had an AMAZING time. Everything was great—the decor was well thought out and there was so much to see. The staff was so helpful and attentive, we were very impressed. We had a poolside room and it was perfect. 10/10 recommend! Well worth every penny!

Chose to stay here because we were going to the Macklemore concert at the MGM at Fenway. From the second we were on the property, the vibe was that we were about to have the best time. Their staff is amazing! We arrived and were laughing with the valet all the way to the lobby to meet Keya, Cisco, McKenzie, Carly, Joey and the best - Ella!!!! They Immediately made us feel like rockstars! Exploring the neighborhood, we ran into Macklemore!!!!! We came back to the the hotel and everyone was so excited for us!!!! The sushi in the attached restaurant (which is where breakfast is). was delicious!! Inside- The decor is unbelievably cool, authentic. We felt whisked away. The record player IN THE ROOM!!! Coffee on tap! The late night eats recs from Craig were perfect and delicious. Every employee was happy and friendly and welcoming - I want to work there if everyone is that happy!!! Great location! Attached Restaurant has great food! Continental Breakfast was ok.. set up could fir breakfast could be improved… spoons were at a premium…?pool is a plus, but could have been cleaner and didn’t use it.

Unsure if I can ever stay any where else in Boston after staying at The Verb, it was truly awesome. We were able to check in to our room 5 hours early (!!!) and upon arrival we learned that our room had been updated to a "Queen" (the band) suite. This was so unexpected and such a treat as we are huge Queen fans, so this was truly serendipitous. The Verb's location + distance to Fenway cannot be beat. Our upgraded suite even had a balcony view of Fenway Park. We ended up realizing a band that we love was playing a show at the MGM Music Hall at Fenway during our stay, so at last minute we were able to easily walk over there after an early Red Sox game! The Verb offers an awesome complimentary breakfast that includes smoothies, bagels, cereals, fruits, yogurts and baked goods. I am gluten free and dairy free and there were plenty of options for me. We walked around the hotel marveling at all of the cool memorabilia and art - we really appreciated all of the detail. Mackenzie at the front desk was so helpful getting us situated and it was so nice chatting with her about music, the hotel, Boston, etc. Our room was spotless thanks to Blanca. According to our room decor, the cast of Bohemian Rhapsody had graced the Queen suite before - which was cool to know! The record player in the room was awesome to use as we had picked up some of our own at Newbury Comics and Joe Album's and were eager to listen. I can't wait to get back to Boston and stay at The Verb again.…

The room was so cozy. Even just sitting in bed and watching TV, I felt like I was at home. The staff are incredible, I got to meet most of them when we were there and I don’t have any critiques, they’re superb. The bed is very comfortable, the rooms are cozy, clean, and the decor is amazing. I wish we stayed longer just so we got to spend more time at the hotel! We came from canada and it was my first time visit to Boston, I may return soon just to stay in that hotel again!!
