This was my first time staying here as my sister lives near by so we wanted to be in the area. It was within walking distance to all the amazing Italian restaurants in the North End and the market. Rooms are very small. We stayed in the top corner room which was a bit larger. I would return and recommend...

The area immediately surrounding the hotel lacks charm (to find out why, be sure to visit the interesting West End Museum on the next block), but it's a short walk to the lively North End, Boston Common, or Beacon Hill. Extremely well situated if you want to take in a Celtics game, and North Station on the MTA orange line...

Amanda, Thank you for your lovely review!! I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. You are correct in that our top three floors were added later in our building's history. In respect to varying design elements, the guest rooms on the lower floors do have beautiful high ceilings. Our Brutalist neighbor certainly is an interesting building...

Lovely hotel, great location and super friendly staff. We stayed 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer. The hotel provided us with some bikes so we could go and discover Boston biking. It was a great experience! Would definitely recommend!

The first shift of staff at check in were phenomenal- they went over and above with customer service - the following days not so much . The bar staff were great , the breakfast staff just ok . The hotel was very comfortable.

We had a lovely room for an overnight stay. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the TD Garden, the North End for our traditional fine italian Saturday night dinner, and some great sightseeing. The room was really nice; very clean, great comfortable bed, nice amenities. The bathroom was ultra clean (that is really important to...

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a king size bed which was great but the base of the bed protruded from under the mattress and we hit our chins numerous times. It is a pet friendly hotel which we didn't know and where fine with until the people in the room next to us went out. Their dog barked...

We stayed here for 2 nights during spring break. A centrally located hotel and couldn't have been happier! Blocks away from the Boston Public Market and the Finch has pretty good food too. The room was kind of small but with so much to do, we didn't spend much time in it. The staff was friendly and helpful trying to...

Front desk receptionist curt and rude to begin with. Hotel room very small, one small drawer for belongings and bathroom shower not clean. Parking extremely expensive, $47 a day plus charged a full day for staying a couple hours extra on day of check out. Only positive thing was Location for us.

Stayed at the hotel for a bachelor party. Johann was out bartender and was the best bartender in Boston. Deserves a raise!!! He kept the party going even when we were ready to call it a night. Without him we would've went to another bar. Thanks again johann
