Great place to stay! Clean and great service! Close to all amenities ! Walking distance to Boston Common. Copley Square was right behind the hotel and the Prudential Center mall is a block away! We stayed for New Year’s Eve , and Loews offered us a complimentary $10 Uber credit! We used it to come back from Chinatown.

Hotel's Favourite
First time visitor to Boston and this was a great location to use as a base to explore the city! Pros: - Rooms are nice, cleaned frequently. - Felt safe COVID-wise - Staff were super helpful and always willing to help out and provide recommendations if needed - Restaurants were closed when I visited, but the hotel is also linked to the Friendly Toast around the corner which I also highly recommend - Location as mentioned above; very walkable to most places including Downtown, Little Italy and Seaport. For those locations slightly further away, the subway stops are close by - Also very near Back Bay station - Felt safe as an female solo traveller Cons - not any really. I would say that rooms are nice but could perhaps be styled / designed better e.g. not having clear windows in bathroom (which needed curtains to be drawn and so was very dark), tv acted up sometimes due to cable (easy to fix though), usb ports by the bed would be more helpful. Tiny things but wanted to mention.

Dear UK Visitor, Thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to post a five Bubble review and offer comment related to your recent stay! My team and I review every guest response and challenge ourselves on how we might improve 'Cons', such as yours' so that every future guest experience is enhanced. And, although "tiny things" they can make a difference and would offer less concern. We hope that we can correct some of your suggestions short term and that you might return to discover our improvements. Once again, thank you, Robert Rivers General Manager

Great location in the heart of the city and walking distance to just about anything! Room was lovely and quiet. The room service along with the food was fabulous. What stood out to me most was the outstanding service by the following employees: Joseph, Manager front desk, Patricia, front desk and Christopher, Bellman. Those 3 and especially Joseph, went out of their way to exceed my every expectation! Truly impeccable service and something that you usually see at a 5 star hotel! I am a concierge at a resort in Coronado, CA and truly value service. Joseph, Chris and Patricia gave me the warmest welcome and acknowledged me by name whenever they saw me. This indeed made me feel special and I really got the impression that they loved their jobs at Loews! I can hardly wait to remember. Joseph made several lunch, dinner recommendation that we all spot on and absolutely perfect for my friend and myself.

It has a good location a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful but the hotel, including the room and bathroom, really needs a renovation. The furniture is dated, although the bed was comfortable. The bathroom, which has a tub and shower combo with a shower curtain, is very dated and definitely not 5 star. I don’t think I would return if there were other newer options at a similar rate.
