Rooms were nice and clean. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything for our infant. Everyone was friendly. The concierge was very helpful. The hotel itself is in a convenient location to the parks and shops.

It isn't the most luxurious Ritz-Carlton around, but it's pretty much flawless. The room was on the smallish side, but was elegant, well-lit, and quiet. The cooling fan was a little loud, but I could get it to run constantly so it wouldn't wake us up turning on and off. The bed was fantastic. The bathroom was large and well...

This Ritz-Carlton is located in one of the best areas of any hotel in Boston. The rooms are classic and the towels are fluffy. From someone who basically grew up staying at the Ritz, Boston's Ritz is one of my favorites. It's exactly what one would expect from the Ritz, with top customer service, great room service/restaurant and wonderful accommodations....

This Ritz has the amenities, location, and service levels you would expect from thw Ritz brand. They have clearly corrected the situation with the rude door man, and all of them were super nice and available to meet any need...including getting us a blanket to take to my son's graduation. Room also had a great view of the park. Great...

Excellent professional service, very responsive - UK adapter delivered in 2 minutes, no trouble to convert bed from duvet to sheets, laundry beautifully presented, club room breakfast has limited chocie but great relaxed atomosphere, good coffee good food and service. Good size rooms, access to Equinox gym within building. Only gripe would be the selection of 'nibbles' at apertif time...

We have just started our five night stay in a club room and we love it already. Nice rooms, good size bathrooms, great location and really fantastic service already. The Club Level is well worth the added cost and the Concierge is great. We have stayed at a number of Ritz Carltons and have never been disappointed. Everyone has really...

True Five star stay. Staff is helpful, welcoming, truly guest oriented. Remembered our names, asked us how dinner was on returning to hotel, helpful with directions, etc. Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, baths bright and roomy. Great location, just off Boston Common. Made for a very special stay.

This hotel is exceptionally beautiful and in a very ideal location. The rooms have great views as well as nice decor. We had 2 rooms which were spacious and modern. Our family stayed there with the American Express Fine Resorts and Hotels Program. This program I highly recommend as you get a room upgrade. The restaurant in the lobby was...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
