No frills hotel, But offers what one needs for a few days stay downtown Boston. Hotel is functionally decorated, not with a lot of character offered by other hotels; for me that's ok as I only need a comfortable bed, which it definitely was, and a clean and quiet room where I can easily sit down to work as well....

Excellent hotel in a great location near the theater district, restaurants, lounges, clubs, 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes walk to a trolley stop, 20 minute walk to the Quincy Market area, not to mention right next door to Tuff's Medical Center. Very good $ breakfast, friendly staff, would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a close walk to both the Boston Common and Chinatown, with easy access off the highway. The room was clean and comfortable. The digital check-in experience was amazing. There is a Starbucks downstairs. My only qualms were the parking, which is not cheap, but that's downtown for you.

Nicely furnished, clean, mostly friendly staff. Hilton Honors club is always good to me with upgrade requests. The elevators are kinda small and there wasn't a bell boy. But all in all we enjoyed our stay. I do suggest that if you travel with friends and you plan to stay up late, have your drinks in the lobby, the night...

Clean hotel, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. Close proximity to local restaurants and downtown Boston. A lot of places within walking distance.

It was really comfortable and the rooms were very new and clean. I requested a quiet room and was able to get one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The warm cookies were a plus. The room service was convenient; the food itself is not bad but not great. I wish they had provided better wifi.

From the minute I arrived to the minute I left this hotel was not worth ever returning to. Rooms were worse than a college dorm, outdated beyond explaination, parking nightmares, and an unhelpful staff not interested in helping out = awful stay!!

I have been traveling on business for 15 years and never before has a housekeeper knocked on my door to see if I needed my room done and when I told her I wasn't checking out until later, she actually offered to get me a cup of coffee!! Her name was Gentiana and I am sending a shout out to...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
