Stayed to access Falcon Cruise Port. Could not have been more convenient. The Cruise Port was only a 5 minute walk from hotel and if you can walk with your luggage it is very easy. Hotel was modern and clean. There are a few restaurants close by. Staff was very helpful went beyond expectation.
Great hotel! From the moment we parked the car in valet parking to the moment we left, the experience was awesome! The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Beds were so comfortable and the hotel was super clean. We at the free breakfast down in the lobby. There was tons of room to spread out for seating and the breakfast has many hot items. The day we were there, they had western and chese omelets, seasoned potatoes and maple sausage. They also had the typical staple items too- waffle maker, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, etc. We definitely plan to return when we visit Boston again!
I’ve been staying at this hotel long term for work, and the last 4 months have proven this hotel to be a really nice and clean place to stay. The staff is all so friendly and helpful. (Especially Gloria, who always leaves my room as spotless as the day I moved it)
This hotel is so convenient to cruise ships. So much better to walk here (5 minutes) than being stuck in crowded rush of folks at pier getting on or off. Natalie at front desk was very helpful with all our requests in spite of the hotel being busy.
I love this hotel! It's my second time to stay there. The first time I stayed in a Homewood Suites room, and this time I stayed in a Hampton room, and BOTH were awesome! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Bridget (who taught me how to use the beer machine in the lobby ... thank you!), Ben at the front desk, the GM Charlie, Takeya (please forgive me - I don't know how to spell your name!) and the entire maintenance team. This property has gorgeous views of the water -- even from the meeting rooms! I've held 2 meetings there and both were flawless. I especially love the lobby area - lots of great spots to sit and catch up, plus a beer machine! I will DEFINITELY be back.
Friendly staff and extremely clean facilities. Highly recommend. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Boston this is it. Close to the town trolley and you can get tickets while learning the history of Boston’s historical district.
We arrived by cruise ship. The hotel is in walking distance of the cruise terminal. It is very clean and offers a complimentary breakfast. The staff made us feel like a valued customer, very friendly and helpful. We had no problem getting an Uber to take us into downtown Boston. One surprising perk was the Hop on Hop off trolley has a stop by the cruise terminal, made it even more convenient to stay at this Hampton Inn Seaport.
We recently stayed at this hotel as part of a charity outing for several wounded veterans. Overall. the entire staff was great. However, I wanted to make special note of Natalia Vasco, who works at the from desk. She was very helpful when we arrived a few hours early in getting us checked in ahead of schedule, and it was 5 rooms!. Also, when we needed some papers printed for the retreat, she readily assisted us in getting this done, dramatically reducing our stress. She has a warm and welcoming personality and we were very fortunate to have had her greet and help us when we stayed there!!!
Hampton Inns are always what we expected to find. They are clean, friendly, and usually a good value for the money. This one in Southside Seaport in Boston had a smaller room that usual and was far from good place to eat (at least not walking distance). The breakfast was exactly what we have had a Hampton Inns before.
This is a beautiful new property. The staff is wonderfully accommodating, professional, and friendly. From the guys at valet to Natalia at the front desk, this hotel covers it all in outstanding Hilton style. I would definitely stay here whenever I'm in Boston. I highly recommend it!!
