My 13 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt in the seaport district. Our room was fantastic- 2 queen beds, a sofa and a view of the harbor. We enjoyed having our continental breakfast on the patio on the second floor with the harbor view. The guest lounge on the 12th floor was awesome- we especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit in the evening. I also took advantage of the up to date and we’ll stocked fitness center. The location is great as it is walking distance to many restaurants as well as the Institute of Contemporary Art. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Absolutely a beautiful, new hotel in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. It’s 10-15mins on the Silver Line from the airport- and it’s free! Our room faced the water with a great bathroom and separate sitting area. As always, it’s the service that sets Hyatt apart. Rikesh checked us in, Kobi checked us out, and Robert was a tremendous help moving us to another room- hot water problems, and offered to adjust our bill due to this and housekeeping issues. You need to request daily maid service before arrival (we did), confirmed upon checkin (we did), but still no service during our 3 night stay. Hyatt went above and beyond to make it right! The room was gorgeous on the 11th floor with beautiful water views, and the breakfast was outstanding! The lobby was inviting with several seating areas, and the roof top fire pit afforded a chance to hear music concerts for free (hotel is across from the Leader Bank Pavilion). The front desk staff was knowledgeable and so friendly. About 10mins after checking out and leaving the hotel, I realized I left my iPad in the room. I called the hotel, and Kobi & Rikesh secured it right away. What amazing service!…
What a wonderful hotel experience. The room was more than we expected. Beautiful views of the harbor and all the activity in the harbor. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was also more than we have experienced at other hotels. Will definitely stay here again when in Boston.
I stayed at the Hyatt because I was going to a show across the street at Leader Bank. I had just as much of a good time at the hotel as I did at the show. The two decks available to hang on Were so much fun and had a stellar view of the water. There is one on the 12th floor and another one on the second floor. The staff was great and super friendly. I will definitely be back.
Beautiful, clean, friendly and easy to check in and out. Great views of the harbor and easy access to restaurants. Great balconies to oversee the harbor. The service was great from the employees. Will come back and stay again.
Location , hospitality, ocean views We checked in for a few days to meet some friends . The front desk couldn’t be more accommodating . Mary and Michelle knew everything about the area and made it easy for us to get around the seaport district . Kevin the manager introduced himself to us while we were seated at the bar . Everyone was courteous and so knowledgeable of Boston ! Rooms were clean views were incredible . This hotel is a must stay . Especially if attending the music venue directly across the street .
The staff was very friendly and helpful, were made available to help me solve a problem. The rooms are spacious and spacious, good cleanliness. The breakfast overall was good. The location of the hotel is a short walk from the center.
We loved this location! It was located right behind the bus stop so you could get to and from the airport in 10 minutes. Wonderful restaurants close by and we walked to many amazing neighborhoods. Bike rentals 1/2 block from the hotel. The hotel was clean, had beautiful views and I would definitely stay again!
Beautiful room in a happening location with spectacular views of Boston Harbor. Staff could not have been nicer. If you picture old, stodgy, red-brick Boston, then it is time to visit the Seaport. A whole different city. Hyatt Place Boston is a great hotel. Valet parking price is a bit steep though. All and all it made for a wonderful celebration of my wife's birthday.
Hyatt Place Boston Seaport is a New Hotel across the street from the Leader Pavalion Outdoor which is a regular Concert Hall destination with Great Rock concerts such as the Fabulous Z Z Top with Billy Gibbons And Bad Boy Joe Perry project band of Aerosmith Fame. Most all the shows are great and the noise level on the 2 main Hotel balconies is normal, but not a problem. Great Place to see a show and walk across the street to the hotel and you are home! By the way all the Front Desk Employees were very Nice and all other staff helpful and try hard to make your stay Clean and Comfortable. By the way, Michelle on the Front Desk is the Best, a very nice Lady and honest young caring person...
