The Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District is lauded for its ideal location amidst the attractions and conveniences of the Seaport District. Guests often commend the hotel for its immaculate and spacious rooms. While the service and vibrant atmosphere, complete with a rooftop lounge and harbor views, earn high marks, some visitors have mentioned occasional service lapses and noise disturbances. Despite the clean and modern accommodations, the value proposition is met with criticism due to the expensive parking and lackluster breakfast offerings.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special—Marcos and his team found us a wonderful room with a beautiful water view, which made our visit even more memorable.

To our surprise and delight, they left a thoughtful touch in our room—a complimentary bottle of wine, snacks, and a birthday card for my husband. It was such a kind and personal gesture that truly made us feel valued as guests.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities, and views of the harbor. The location is perfect for exploring the Seaport District, with plenty of great dining and attractions within walking distance.

I highly recommend Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District for anyone looking for top-notch service, great views, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Nice place. Friendly staff. Logan airport visible in the distance so you can hear (and watch) airplanes fly nearby but not too noisy. I appreciate that they dont use single use products in the bathroom and provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner. No lotion. Floors in rooms are hardwood/laminate, more hygienic than carpets in my opinion. Small grocery store nearby. Walking distance (safely) to the convention center. Buffet breakfast included 6:30 am weekdays, 7 am weekends. Appreciate they dont use many disposables. Vegan options included oatmilk for cereal/coffee, crispy potatoes, oatmeal and fruit. No pastries that are marked vegan. No coffee station outside of breakfast. Microwave available for general use in the breakfast area. Water to refill your bottle is in the gym. Street parking is hard to find. Parking garages nearby, but cheaper if you reserve those online in advance. We parked at 601 Congress under the Science Building.

he location is very convenient, being close to a bus station, and the famous Yankee Lobster is just across the street. As they are relatively new, the building, environment, and rooms are clean.

I appreciate that they don't charge hidden resort fees (which no one should) and provide a gym and customer lounge at the top of their building.

The snack bar was convenient, and I purchased the overpriced items (as expected, and I was happy to pay extra for convenience) twice. However, one of my purchases was overcharged, which I discovered when checking my credit card bill after returning home. I called the hotel twice, and each time they promised to call me back but never did. On my third call, three days after my second, they almost tried to hang up and play the "I will call you back" trick again. The issue was finally resolved after I insisted that it be fixed during that call. Although the amount was small, their attitude towards correcting their mistake was very disappointing. If it had been a missed payment from my side, I'm sure they would have tried everything to charge me immediately. But when they overcharge a customer, they played games to avoid returning what they shouldn't have. It took four days and four calls (including one to Hyatt customer service) to get this issue resolved.

Other than the overcharge issue, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The location is great. There is a nice viewing deck on the 12th floor. The price is too high for what you get. The in-room coffee came with a package of one sugar packet, one creamer powder packet. You have to get the water from the bathroom because there is no bottled water. The breakfast is mediocre: industrial scrambled eggs in water, generic breads and tasteless fruit.

Although the hotel is well positioned, has a good view the breakfast is horrible (I am an european) and for almost 500 dollars a night I would expect some better choices for breakfast (some kind of eggs with sausages is not enough). Also the the air conditioning would make horrible noise when heating the room. I have booked this hotel for 12 people because it was my understanding that is a better choice and has better breakfast but I was totally disappointed.

We stayed at this property for three nights, very large and clean room with new furniture. We took the room where the bed for the girls was a sofa. Although comfortable, on our arrival it was not ready and the sheets had not been adequately replaced. I must say that as soon as we notified management, they promptly made themselves available and remedied with great kindness. Despite this event, the cleaning was always very thorough. Breakfast was not bad at all, there was a variety of offer that changed in the days of our stay and we always found seating. We use the water dispenser always available to customers. The hotel is located in a new area, the center can be reached on foot with a 20-minute walk and just below the hotel you can take a free bus line that solves the problem for those who do not want to walk. The area is also served by many dining activities. beware of schedules though, Boston is not New York, so the shutters close early! Una sera siamo rimasti senza cena...! For the rest, I highly recommend the property and if I return to the city, I would choose it again!

If I have to stay in Boston again there's a good chance I would choose this hotel again. The location is good, especially if you have a reason to go to the convention center or attend a concert at Leader Bank Pavilion, it's also in a less busy part of Boston. The rooms are big and very clean, you won't disappointed. The breakfast is free, but I would skip the eggs, they weren't very good, they had a rubbery consistency.

If you stay here, bring your own water bottle and refill it at the gym. Also, I didn't eat at the bar but if you do it looks like they have a little robot bring out your food, which was cool to see.

Easily accessible from the airport (15 - 20 min), the hotel has a pleasant view, rooms with everything you need and a reasonable breakfast. There is a beautiful view from the restaurant. The high valet price - $52/day and the high daily price (from $350 plus taxes) leaves something to be desired.

We have stayed here several times and really enjoy the location, quality of the hotel and spectacular views from the room (if you request and pay for a harbor view which is totally worth it). There are many great restaurants just a close walk away. Valet parking is offered for around $55 a day or you can book in advance directly with the parking company and save $11 a day. It was very easy to do and you have the same service of unlimited in and outs. We highly recommend this hotel!

Travel one week a month and typically stay at different hotel chains, no longer the case!

From the moment you walk in the door, it’s just different here, the lighting, the decor, the friendly valet, even the smell, just amazing.

Room: so much space!! I mean I could relax on the l shaped sofa, get up and work from the office area, go and sleep comfortably in the glorious king bed, and not feel I was confined to one room! Perfect amount of lotions, towels, blankets etc.

Staff: they make this place! I have never had the fortune of meeting such gracious hosts and friendly staff. The night clerk greeted me after a very delayed and late flight with the biggest smile, provided me guidance but then walked me to the refreshments and informed me of the complimentary breakfast (more to follow).

The chef/cook Elena was a pure joy and greeted me and others as if we were here children coming down for breakfast.

Mary, Matty, Michelle, and Ricky were some of the warmest staff I have met. They hooked me up with toothpaste, toothbrush and other necessities. We had chats and belly laughs each morning and they truly did set the mood for the day.

Food: continental breakfast means something else here. Spacious kitchen and dining area with ample space so you can eat in comfort, the food was like no other free breakfast I’ve had. Every morning there was a slight change, boiled, scrambled, and fried eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, porridge, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, all the pastries, and all this with a side of personality as each morning both cooks were singing along up the music and greeting all the early birds for breakfast.

Location: during breakfast you may get to eat with your flight crew as airport is 15 mins away. Uber was easy and quick but only needed for airport as plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, clothing stores, coffee shops, and gyms around.

To Elena, Mary, Matty, Michelle, Ricky, and all the staff, thank you for making my Hyatt Place stay so memorable.

I’ve already booked my next week long stay, see ye soon!

Take a 10 minute walk or if you prefer the Silver Line to South Station from the Hyatt. At South Station take the Red Line to Park Street. At Park Street switch to the Green Line (B) to Kenmore. Fenway Park is a 5 minute walk from Kenmore Square. Enjoy the game and Fenway. Go Sox!!!
