We chose this hotel because of its proximity to TD Garden, where we watched an NBA game. If you’re traveling alone or with one other person, it is THE place to stay. The staff is super friendly, the entire setup is trendy, fresh , and clean, and has a great menu to choose from. The iPads were a fun way to control all things in the room, and my hard to impress teenage son loved using it. We chose to get breakfast there for convenience, and they had a well stocked and fresh selection for those health conscious diners. We had absolutely zero complaints about our stay overall.

I would definitely recommend staying here!! Very convenient walk to TD garden, so many food options around!! Fast check in, friendly staff, AMAZING food! And the rooms?! Omg amazing!!! I can’t wait to go back!!

Rooms way too small. It's like being in a single dorm room and the shower is is very tight like an airplane restroom. I would not recommend this hotel chain for business travelers. They seem to cater to travelers under 5'5 in height, because the rooms are very small and tight.

Amazing and clean. Great value I will definitely be back the next time we come to Boston for a game. Everything was within a block. The check in and out was super fast and easy. Everyone was so friendly and the room was perfect.

Great value for money. So convenient! Located beside T station. Enjoyed the wonderfully quirky decor, while all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and heartily recommended this hotel to solo, business or family travelers.

This place was amazing. The style, comfort, and functionality of the hotel rooms was one that I have never seen before. It was so affordable for such a great room and view. There is an IPad that controls the entire room which makes the place customizable for however you’d like it. Perfect for couples.

Bed was sunken in and there was hair(not mine)on the sheets. Room was small but nice looking, very modern look. Loved the smart lights/electric shades/temp controls. For the price, should include breakfast, they offer it for $18/person(kinda pricey for breakfast). Location was great, went to NBA Game, only a 2 min walk.

Please trust I have followed up your comments with our House Keeping team as this is not the level of cleanliness standards and quality we pride ourselves on. Hey - next time why don't you download our app - you can control all those room functions you loved with your phone instead of the tablet! We feel our breakfast is fairly priced in the city (given these days you can pay $12+ for a coffee and croissant!) - also given our full range of pastries, fruits, spreads, meats and cheese, cooked breakfast, and of course our all day barista coffee and tea. However we appreciate this won't be for everyone, and we will be happy to provide you with many recommendations that Boston has to offer next time to stop by. Glad to hear you enjoyed the NBA game and we hope you stop by to see us again, perhaps for a concert, an ice hockey game, or just to enjoy the city itself! Safe travels

Great location especially when arriving by train! Easy check in and check out. Complimentary tea provided at the bar…not sure if that was supposed to happen or not but we were appreciative! Would definitely stay again and look for this brand in other Cities when travelling

Very nice boutique hotel. Great location. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Ambassadors were very friendly. I didn’t use the bar area or have breakfast but it did smell good and the bar area was very cool. They don’t have parking but there is an outdoor lot on Friend Street that was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

I've always heard this hotel is great. I'm glad i was able to enjoy it! I've never had to take an elevator up to the lobby before and that was very different. i would definitely want to stay here again!
