We stayed here while my husband was attending a conference. We arrived from the airport via water taxi which was a great way to be introduced to Boston. Our room was large enough to accommodate a king bed and a crib that we could roll around the room. I only ate there once and it was the best continental breakfast...

Considering this hotels proximity to the New England Aquarium and other family attractions, my husband and I booked it for a get away for us and our two children. I called ahead and asked if it would be possible to get a room with 2 beds and the woman I spoke to indicated it would not be a problem. When...

This is a quiet boutique hotel right at the water front of Boston This is no longer a fairmont property, so that was a disappointment Rooms are very luxurious and comfortable Located 20 minutes away (walk) from the downtown crossing where major shopping areas are located We stayed in a queen bed room on the second floor. As a long time loyal Fairmont Presidents Club Member this is usually my go to hotel in Boston (Or the Fairmont Copley). I booked this 2 night business stay 6 weeks ago and upon arriving at the hotel was informed that the Fairmont Flag was gone and the property was now owned by a new company. It had occurred 9...

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a king size bed and the room was quite large. The location is excellent and it is easy to walk to most places of interest. The reason I only give this hotel a fair ranking is because the room rates are relatively high, the parking is $45, and they don't even...

There are some very good reasons to stay at the Fairmont Battery Wharf - location! If you are going to an event at TD Garden, this hotel is within walking distance - short walk but not too bad. The proximity to Boston's Little Italy is spot-on - you could stay here and walk to dinner every night for two weeks...

We stayed in mid October 2014 and has an amazing experience. You will not be disappointed with the level of service, rooms and certainly location. You can hop on the water taxi from the airport and you can walk to the North End. Cannot say enough.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel from October 26th through October 30 and had an amazing view of the Boston Harbor. We had 2 Queen Size Beds as we shared it with our 27 year old son. It may seem funny but the bath towels are the best quality I have seen. They have an awesome great quality gym/spa that...

We stayed here for three nights during our fall breaks with two small children. The service, food and location are top notch. My children love their daily home made juice in the mornings. Boston Cream Pie were delicious and fantastic. Service were excellent and we were well taken care of. Thank you Boston. We will definitely coming back again and...

Very pleased with the location and the hotel. Would stay here again. Right off the freedom trail and located in the hip hopping North End of Boston. So many great restaurants and lots of energy and fun. Nice view of Boston Harbor too. Also fun to do the harbor walk in the morning, which is right outside the door.

Staying in North End

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
