Got the exact room I requested with the best view. Beautiful room and hotel. Staff was very nice. Restaurant has reopened. Everyone very friendly. Second time at this hotel and will come again. Could use a little more evening help with bags and another desk person. But good overall.

Thank you Nick for extending our late check out and letting our car being Parked for the same reason in front of the hotel. Bless you Nick for your kindness. We really appreciated you very much. Our stay was fantastic. Nice room with a balcony and a fire place. The lobby was very inviting. Internet was working very well. It is a very clean hotel at a perfect location! Extra water is free in the lobby to collect.

Great location and very friendly staff. All night construction activities outside our window was a bit distracting. The North End is a five minute walk from the hotel. Fannuel Hall and Quincy Market are right across the street. We would stay here again, for the location. Hotel is no-frills.

This hotel was a last minute stay after a flight cancellation. The price was about half that of comparable hotels. The location was great- walked all the way to little Italy, Paul revere house and then down to beacon hill. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and good shower. Could use additional outlets. Also did not feel like a full service hotel with amenities or active bar area. Offered free water bottles which was something I appreciate.

If you're looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in convenient location, this is a great choice. Staff was friendly. Walking distance to shopping, North End restaurants, waterfront, and the Garden if you're taking in a game.

Room Tip: the back side of the hotel is overlooking a trashy alley. That really didn't bother me.
