Checked in about 3 hours ago nice hotel friendly staff wonderful location. My room has a mini frig coffee pot microwave more then I need but I'll take it. Now it's off to dinner, we will walk the on to the Celtics vs New York Knicks. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights during our first trip to Boston. The hotel staff is excellent; extremely friendly and very helpful in suggesting restaurants, directions, etc. Hotel is right beside the North Station T stop, and is also within walking distance of several tourist attractions. Our room was large and clean, and included a couch. Breakfast was standard HIE, and...

We went to Boston the weekend after Thanksgiving and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. We were on a budget since it was a last minute trip. The Holiday Inn was very affordable for the 2 nights we stayed and in a GREAT location. We were able to walk to the Freedom Trail and almost anywhere else we wanted to....

We stayed here on points to visit the city. The hotel staff is definitely one of the more friendly and helpful group that I've encountered in my travels. Thanks to them for that. The hotel itself is in an older building and is located down a side street. There is no parking (of course) and valet parking was extremely convenient....

Thanks to my airline I did not get to the hotel until 3am, when the Valet had gone home. Parking is only at a deck about 4 blocks away. The hotel is a bit dated, but the brand is consistent with Holiday Inn standards. The staff is excellent, and was very gracious with my late arrival.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and went above and beyond to help out in any way possible. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was small, but still clean and a decent size for a Boston hotel. There is some construction going on at TD Gardens, so that was a little noisy, but that's not a permanent thing. Very close...

Recently stayed for one night at this hotel across from the TD Garden. Accommodations were perfectly adequate. There was a steady supply of lemon water in the lobby, and a full breakfast in the morning. My room and the hotel were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
