Clearly the best hotel is Boston. Reception staff went out of their way to make me comfortable as I waited for my room. They offered coffee and a Wi-Fi connection. The meeting facilities are excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. I have become a big fan of the espresso makers provided in the rooms.

This hotel, was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The customer service is fantastic, the rooms were beyond comfortable! The bathrooms were great too, loved the shower! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it's worth every dollar! Oh, and I can't forget to mention the food... out of this world!

I stayed here for 2 nights at the tail end of a conference after spending the earlier part of the conference at the Sheraton. Both hotels were attached to the convention center via the Prudential Center mall. I only switched hotels because my husband was joining me and we wanted a different experience. What was amazing about the whole thing...

Perfect location, luxury in Boston. Location makes it easy for business meetings and catchup afterward. View excellent and staff very helpful. Only drawback was being charged for a phone recharger which given how much I paid for a room that night was probably a little rich.

Stayed here after my wedding in June '15 and it was marvelous. The location on Boylston Street is central to everything in the city. Bar Boulud was spectacular and the staff was extremely helpful. Large rooms with great bathrooms and technology throughout.

For the past 4 years this has been our go to hotel for our anniversary. Being greeting by name and getting a "Welcome back." is a nice touch and shows the level of preparation this place puts into receiving guests. Everyone we came into contact with was very nice. Bar Boulud is a good addition to the hotel. Cocktails are...

Stayed in a Mandarin Back Bay King on the 8th floor. Great room layout, with massive bathroom. Huge tub with separate shower with rainforest shower head. Wife was very happy. Incredibly comfortable bed. View over Back Bay and glimpse of the Charles River. Everything about the room was high tech and about comfort and convenience. Had a drink at the...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
