Had a wonderful time spending my 21st Birthday here! Went with my boyfriend for the night with the MFA, Aquarium and Royale all on our list as well. With such close proximity to the T we were able to hop around the city with ease! When we first arrived (early) they took our bags and lets us enjoy the city....

Vern and Jas make this hotel one of the best in Boston....The location is amazing, especially if you love the Cheesecake Factory as I do! This hotel is right next to Boylston Street and Copley Plaza. If you love shopping, You can walk to Prudential Center! I go to Town Nail store to get my $35 Mani Pedi on Newbury...

We arrived before 3pm check in and as our Superior Corner room was not ready was offered another of a lower standard. However, the room on offer was not to our requirements, therefore we opted to leave our bags, book a room on the 20th floor for the view, and return after 3pm. Upon our return our room was still...

This is the first hotel I was totally impressed with when it comes to cleanliness. My room was immaculate. Bathroom clean. Bedding nice. High dusting done. And even dusting on mirrors and pictures and all the vents. The room attendant must take a lot of pride in what she does because it shows. I ran into her as I was...

The hotel is located adjacent to the main Boylston street at walking distance to great shopping destination and fine dining restaurant. But the real treat is the hotel staff, courteous and professional to say the least. Any need catered and I requested an extra bed in my room for my child. At the checkout was waved. Comfortable rooms. In house...

We were only here for about 36 hours but had a great stay. We got in around 9pm with two sleepy young children in tow. Checkout was quick and we were upgraded to a nicer room despite having booked via Hotwire. We managed to get to the bar/restaurant just before closing and the bartender couldn't have been more welcoming. We...

This hotel is situated in the perfect place. We were there for four days for the First Night First Day festivities to bring in 2017 and everything was within walking distance. The Logan Back Bay Express dropped us off at the Hynes Convention Center about 2 blocks away from the entrance, and if it's cold or raining outside you can...

Spacious, clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Excellent location to Prudential Center mall with tons of shopping and restaurants. Hilton Honors Wi-fi in rooms was not great, but did not want to pay $14.99 for premium service. Parking in garage was $43 dollars. Seems to be the going rate around town, even in other parking garages.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
