We were there to launch our new venture. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping team were awesome. The restaurant in the lobby was a great place to meet for lunch and drinks. Casual and very friendly staff. I would like to personally recognize Linda and Heather in Sales and Darwin at Strega. The hotel offers a bit of history and a great location. Check out the Boston Park Plaza when you are traveling to Boston.
This stay made my first trip to Boston amazing. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are elegant. The customer service is top notch. Alex D. went above and beyond directing us as to where to dine, making reservations etc. Highest recommendation
Extremely overpriced, paper thin walls, room refrigerator broken, shower was clogged, wifi was spotty and slow. The service staff were friendly and hardworking, but the room was awful for the price you pay.
I don’t have words to thank Tevin, the hotel Manager and Richard at the front desk for making our stay at Boston Park Hotel one of the best travel experiences in this beautiful city ever. Tevin solved problems and made sure he offered his guests an excellent service. Richard was listening everything and ready to learn as being a new addition to the hotel’s employee team. I was impressed to learn that the hotel has a thousand rooms because everything is spotless, clean and beautifully decorated. I am honored to Witness how both, Tevin and Richard have a positive, kind and professional approach to everything they do here at the Boston Park Plaza. With appreciation and gratitude Ariadna Fink (Philadelphia)
Lovely historic hotel, close to the commons. Easy to walk to most places you'd want to visit. 1st room we were booked into was aimed at solo travellers so paid to upgrade to a bigger room, however that was the travel agents mistake rather than the hotel. Would recommend, staff are very friendly and helpful and the onsite restaurant had a lovely breakfast.
Rooms are clean and nice (although a little small). Everything worked great and staff is solid. The location is outstanding. One block from the Common. one mile from harbor. Near Bay Ba. Ability to walk to lots of places. Only negative feedback I have is that the gym is closed in the early morning and opens at 6am. Makes it difficult to get a workout in before meetings and workday start up.
I always enjoy staying here in Boston. I was on a business trip, and there was a scheduling mistake made by my company. Andy at the front desk was very kind and helpful in fixing the problem. He probably spent a good 20-25 minutes working to get me a room for the night, which he did. The staff is always great, but Andy went above and beyond what was expected.
Watch out for the $29 a day destination fee that must be buried in the fine print. Also smallest bathroom in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in and beds were crappy too. Wouldn’t stay here again and suggest you don’t either. Try the Seaport district
We checked in and our first room had hairsall over the bathroom, the second room the key didn’t work and the third try the fridge was not working and they only put in 2 towels for 4 people. I am really disappointed with this hotel. The hotel had good reviews and I was looking forward to our stay—- but it is ridiculous. The beds are also tiny by the way and the carpet smells.
This old hotel shows a bit of wear but is also pretty special. We have a spacious and comfortable room on the 8th floor. The staff is good though the concierge could use a little work, and fitness center is top knock. Location is good too.
