I loved my first stay at the Revolution. The feel of the hotel is so warm and cozy. The staff were so friendly. I chose the queen room with the bathroom indoors, and while the room itself is on the smaller side, you cannot tell at all. The room has so many little shelves and places to store items and I have to give them SO MUCH credit for having the products (shampoo, conditioner, soap) be all cruelty free. The hotel is in walking distance to say many great main streets and food options. 10/10, WOULD STAY AGAIN AND AGAIN!

We had wonderful service and a clean room provided at The Revolution Hotel. Our only trouble was, the other guests were extremely loud in the hallway and the person staying next door was rehearsing singing for an hour at a time…not so great when we were trying to catch an afternoon nap before going back out. The pipes in the building were also especially loud, this might be part of the Boston buildings regular things! Great stay, just not as quiet as we were hoping!

Affordable. Adorable. A unique experience with amazing interior. Location is perfect (a 5 min walk to subway station). Room was a little congested but I feel that it was necessary for the experience. The staff was welcoming and super-helpful.

I booked this hotel for my mom when she was coming to visit. We had a queen room w/ private bathroom, it’s very clear what kind of room you’re selecting while booking so those complaining about no toilet in the room aren’t valid, they selected that. The room is small but fully functional, comfortable bed, great shower pressure, the bed is against a wall so it’s not the greatest for 2 people sharing. The negative is the walls have negative sound proof capacity- you hear everything that everyone is doing and it’s brutal. The toilets have the loudest flush I’ve ever experienced. If you’re trying to get good sleep spend a bit more money to stay anywhere else. Decor is very modern, there’s a coffee shop situation and Mexican restaurant/ bar attached to the lobby. Overall it’s a good value if you’re okay with noise & a small room!
