Definitely check out the upstairs bar at sunset, you will not regret it.
Well trained very polite staff. We had a good sized bedroom, with an extremely comfortable mattress. The upstairs rooftop bar was stunning with a spectacular views over the Smokey Mountains.

We didn't get to stop at the Area which I believe is referred to as Old Town, but did pass it on the tour trolley, older area of town, has many old factories that have been turned into shops and artist type places.
