It's a nice complex and the suites are comfortable. However the walls are thin and the floors are even worse. We could hear our upstairs neighbors stomping around until 2:45 in the morning. When I called the "concierge" to voice a complaint they refused to address the issue and informed me that if I did they would have me removed...

Great stay, comfortable, relaxing, lots of room, clean, fresh towels daily, big kitchen, big bathroom, but very noisy. Could hear neighbors walking upstairs, doors closing, and the water running thru the pipes. Third building is next to pool but no parking at night. Had to park in second building's lot most nights. Needs more parking or connecting lots.

The Residences at Biltmore was the perfect location for a girls' weekend trip. We were minutes away from the downtown/restaurant area and the Biltmore Inn. The rooms were kept very clean and appliances/decor was relatively new. It was great to have a fully stocked kitchen and full size refrigerator. There was plenty of parking for all of the girls staying...

We made last minute plans to visit Asheville, and could not reserve the cottage we normally get. The Residences at Biltmore is a great choice for families needing two bedrooms. Furnishings were updated and it was clean. Housekeeping changes towels and empties trash. The rental agreement is longer than a hotel waiver so be prepared.

Check in was flawless, the room ( 2 BR ) was clean, comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed out stay with friends again.... The kitchen was mostly furnished with tools for cooking, pans etc. but the glasses all looked like champagne flutes / wine glasses and there were not many extra bowls for either cereal or serving... Otherwise was great and...

Stayed here for only 1 night. The condo was very nicely appointed, well kept but if you are not on the top floor you will hear the people above you walk, evenly quietly. Family above us was doing nothing unusual but you could hear every step they took. I expressed my concern the next day and it was suggested I...

Check-in is a bit more complicated than at a hotel chain and they are sticklers for check-in at 4pm not earlier. Once in the condo you will find everything you need. However be prepared for a small bed and the noise from other units can be bothersome. Also a bit pricey but close to the estate.

We are only here for a few days, but we were lucky to find the place! We had 3 adults and wanted the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. It is lovely and very clean. It is also closely situated to both the Biltmore and the downtown scene. People at the front desk were extremely helpful, suggesting many restaurants/coffee shops. We had...

Really I'd say 4 1/2. This was a great place to stay for our girls' weekend in Asheville. It is conveniently located to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. We stayed in the 3 bedroom/2 bath unit and it was very spacious as well as clean. My only semi complaint would be that the walls/floors are thin but fortunately the people...

My wife and I stayed here, and the accommodations were very nice. The unit was decorated nicely but the ceilings and walls are very thin. We had a very heavy footed person above us at 2:30 am... Parking: For the price of this rental, there should be more abundant parking available. We got back after dinner (9pmish), to find that...
