Rather than being like most who stay here, or at any other bed and breakfast, my husband and I had our four year old daughter in tow. With that in mind we booked a Master Suite, the only room that accommodates a third person. The room was the perfect space, a bedroom for us and a pull out sofa (actually...

My husband and I are just finishing up a weeks stay at the Princess Anne. It has been a great stay from start to finish. The breakfast is awesome, friendly, helpful staff, and the wine and appetizers in the afternoons is a definite bonus. We would definitely recommend this little inn to anyone staying in Asheville.

We were gifted a weekend getaway from our daughter. I do not know how she found Princess Anne, but it was wonderful. It has a very calming atmosphere, which is really nice. You have breakfast prepared for you out of three options every morning. In the evening, there are snacks and wine each evening. The rooms were like a small...

We went up for the weekend and found this hotel by accident and were extremely pleased with it. The staff were awesome and the room was great. They offer free breakfast and hors d'oeuvres in the late afternoon. The location is great with some good restaurants within close walking distance (Gan Shan Station!).

Howdy annamaria1014, Could I put you on the payroll.... I couldn't have written a more complete review of us. It sounds like this was your first time with us. When you decide to return be sure to get our 'Regulaaaars' discount. It is 15% off our rack rate...the best price out there. I just purchased the Princess Anne this past...

1. The price to stay the weekend was very competitive given the location, quality, uniqueness, and comfort of the hotel. 2. The free breakfast was delicious, healthy, balanced, and the cranberry juice helped with my hangover. 3. Free off road parking was a huge plus since i normally go to downtown charleston and never have a place to park. 4. The...

Hi fcxking, Glad to hear that you and your girlfriend enjoyed your time with us. I love the location...close enough to the action but far enough away to get a good night's sleep. I'm trying to find a different place for the birds to poop. Maybe we can install a couple large bird feeders on the property with a sign...

Stayed 3 days early Feb. Very enjoyable time at Princess Anne. Nice sized and clean room. Good location, either walk or short drive to downtown. Best part is the breakfast and wine and cheese hour, enjoyed both very much . The staff was also wonderful, very helpful. Definitely would go back.

I booked this small boutique hotel after reading reviews on TA. I liked that it was off the "beaten path" in Asheville but well within walking distance of the downtown area. It is located in a residential area about a mile from the city center. To walk to town is no big deal, but we actually drove because parking was...

Celebrating 39 years of marriage, gift from our daughter, who has stayed here a few times. Excellent staff, awesome breakfast, also pm reception with choices of wine and finger foods. Built in 1924, retains most of its originality, would stay here again. Also within walking distance of downtown Asheville to some fine eateries.
