The Good: great location, real 1920's cabins, nice grounds and cery clean. The Bad: some of the units need to be upgraded and look a little worn / dated. We stayed here over New years with another family and the experience was good overall. Their cabin was small but near perfect. Our cabin needed some refurbishment but was fine. These...

We discovered these peaceful cabins while visiting friends near Asheville in June 2011 and stayed again in November. Both times we planned a 1-night stay and ended up staying an extra night because we just didn't want to leave. The surrounding quiet woods make it feel like camping with the luxury of cabins with fireplace, kitchens, beds, bathrooms, living rooms...

My husband & I have been here 3 or 4 times and it's always been pleasant. The motor court is a row of log cottages, in varying sizes, in a wooded area not far off the interstate but still tucked away so as to feel isolated and private. The staff is very kind. Our black lab loves going too. The...

Based on my experience, I would definitely return. My husband and I came to Asheville for the 2nd annual Moogfest. We could have stayed downtown but are so happy we chose the Log Cabin Motor Court! Our cabin, "Midnight Roost" was clean, warm, charming and comfy! Just what we needed after a long day of dancing! We will definitely stay...

We have visited these cabins 3 times in the last 4 months. It is THE BEST place to stay. It's close enough to Asheville and the cabins are clean and cozy. We take the dogs and they love it, too. The staff is so nice and always there if needed. We can't wait to go back.

Had wonderful 5 day/4 night stay at Log Cabin Motor Court. The cabins were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. Location is great and out of the main traffic areas. Plan to bring other family and friends and make this our new getaway spot.

This review is coming about a year late. But, we have fond memories of this place. We spent our honeymoon here in the summer of 2010. The service is amazing, the people were courteous. There is a grocery store nearby. We stayed here 7 nights, wish I could go back and do some more stuff. This place is special for...

My wife , sister in law and i stayed in #8, the "Double or Nothing" cabin. It was charming, comfortable, very rustic, but with all the ameneties. It had a complete kitchen, with utensils, a complete shower/bath, and two cozy, very nice bedrooms. It also had a log fireplace, with logs in place, and an electric forced air furnace, and...
