Nothing good to say about this campground except for location close to Biltmore...Dry, cracked , peeling fountain...3 old metal playground stuff, trash cans not emptied, rude receptionist, no e-mail confirmation, office hours short and close during part of day...avoid and go to a KOA...Good Sam needs to scratch this one out for sure! Never up-dated our reservation despite phone call...

Convenient location near The Biltmore Estate in a well kept park with nice pool and facilities. Sites are tight especially on the lower level and pull throughs are on the road, but we saw some big rigs. Our 34 foot 5th wheel fit in our level site. They sell two day passes for The Biltmore, which was very helpful. Would...

Tried for 24 hours to make a reservation but were unable to reach anyone except the answering machine. Not return phone call so finally about 17 miles from making a direction change dialed them again and reached someone. Made our reservation. Assigned a back-in site for a 42foot fifth wheel. Couldn't back in far enough for the power cable to...

To be fair I'm not giving this two hoots but three, this is why: The pull through lots are tight but do able The location for the pull throws is between a busy road and I-40 so, it is not a quite tranquil location, traffic noise all night long. Internet yes, High Speed internet no way. When stating high speed...

Campground with great location to the Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway-- right off I40 and right back on. Somewhat tight spaces with full hook-up with easy Cable TV and wifi. Only complaint was the pool is only open when office is open--9 to 5 PM. Spending all day out in Asheville and area attractions and not being able to cool...

Our camping club stayed here about a month ago. It had been a hassle to get a reservation. The office staff doesn't always answer the phone. Once we arrived we found the sites to be unbearably close together. We had difficulty backing in and we have a relatively small rig (truck and 26' travel trailer). We had a very bad...

It is true that there was a storm that unfortunately made a tree fall & damage about 5 vehicles. We called in help right away to clear the tree, & also contacted our insurance agent immediately. I personally spoke with each person that suffered damage, & took photos to submit to our insurance. Unfortunately, the individuals had to go through...

Big disappointment. Our site was right next to the road. The bath and shower facilities were dingy and not air conditioned but worse of all was the customer service, or lack thereof. We had a problem with our cable and they pretty much ignored it and when i called back, said oh its working fine but it never did. Won't...

Management response:

Unfortunately we have to use digital boxes in this area to get cable TV. We have installed a box at each of the sites to make connecting to it a little easier, but is definitely not easy for everyone. When someone has a cable issue, I bring a TV on my golf cart to their site & hook it up...

Decent spot but a bit crowded and difficult to to get around in as there is only one way in and one way out. Our 27 ft TT was squished into site 41 at the top of the hill and the only way to unhitch everything was to totally block the road for all outgoing traffic. Once in the site...

This Park is well placed for visiting the Biltmore Estate. Our experience started off bad when inquiring about directions to the park. Well..dah was the answer. No help at all. The extremely narrow sites are fairly level concrete. Our awning is over the next sites sewer. Our picnic table is next to the drawer. Cable TV is clunky as you...
