Sweet peas is a great hostel in a great location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The whole place is very clean and has all the amenities you could need including a kitchen, hangout space, laundry, and linens are provided. The location is perfect as well! The only down side is that everything is open. There are no doors...

Stayed with girlfriends for one night and had a great time. Great location-we were able to walk all around downtown and loved visiting the breweries. Hostel staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were nice and clean.

My boyfriend and I stayed stayed in one of the private rooms on a weekend trip to Asheville to check out art, hike, etc. Pros: Clean Safe Cons: Private room was terrible. It was just large enough for a very uncomfortable, full-sized bed and a poorly functioning, miniature sink in the corner. The picture online is very deceiving, there is...

Never been to a hostel b4. Let me say the front desk was more than happy to answer all my questions about safety. I was a single woman traveling alone. So it was nice they had 2 locked doors to come in to the hostel. On entering check in was swift. Staff was awesome. I ask for a bottom pod...

Sweet peas is a great find in an ideal location. Everything is on your doorstep! We heard it could get a little noisy as the shared rooms are separated with open topped walls, but had no problems with this and slept well. Staff were friendly and helpful and it's one of the cleanest places I've stayed. More appropriate if you're...

The sweet pea is above a brewery in downtown. It is in a great area if you are interested in going on brewery tours and eating at some great restaurants. We booked a private room, which included a sink. The place is very clean, and is a great option if you're on a budget. The room was very dark, because...

I needed in inexpensive place to say in downtown Asheville, I found this through a google search. I was skeptical as I have never stayed in a Hostel before and a lot of the reviews mentioned noise from the brewery below, I thought I would take a chance. I made my reservation by phone with no issues, I was lucky...

The idea of a hostel in the day and age of airbnb has essentially made them pointless, since a big reason anyone stays at one is for an inexpensive place to sleep and to keep as a base. Sweet Peas has one thing going for it, its downtown location. Unfortunately that is also a detriment, since it happens to be...

I loved Sweet Pea and am looking forward to returning. Clean. Classic entrance off a brewery storage hallway. Great location in the middle of old Asheville. Helpful, friendly staff. Modern facilities - toilets and tiled showers. Reasonably priced parking garage across the street. I had a private room on a Friday night. The room size and furnishings were a good...

Truly disturbing. I was not informed of the check-in by 10PM policy when I called and made reservations (even though I asked about it) and so my friend and I ended up on the streets in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay.
