We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay! Everything was just as we would expect from beginning to end. Highly recommend. We went on to another hotel (a different company)as we continued our mini vacation and it was totally disappointing.

First and foremost, the desk clerk, Dan, had to be one of the most gracious, charming and engaging hotel staff we've encountered in a very long time! Coming out of our self inflicted Covid Cocoon and making a first time venture out in the new world, it was so refreshing to be met by the likes of Dan! The hotel was a bit tricky to get to. Route 25 that it sits on is very busy and a main lead to the Biltmore Estate entrance. Brand new at 3 years old the hotel offers a lot of very contemporary design in the public areas as well as the rooms. Their new Covid cleaning assures each room has been thoroughly disinfected. When we got to our room there was a "seal" on the door saying that it was cleaned to new standards and guarantee that no one entered the room after. We generally do not want a room location near the elevator or vending/ice machines - sadly this room was right at the corner. To our surprise the room was exceptionally quiet. In our greeting bag was a note stating that housekeeping was only offered on a by request basis. This is the new world of traveling; our room was not attended to any of the days we stayed. We were basically fine with that; comfortable in the knowledge that we were the only ones entering the room during our stay. We did ask for refresh on towels and toiletries. Hampton still offers a hot/cold breakfast buffet. Everything is individually wrapped. Good assortment; anyone can find something to eat. We did not sense the hotel was full; we easily navigated about keeping the social distancing in place. My only observation/complaint: The toilets sit very low. I would have thought for a pretty new hotel they would have had ADA compliant (higher toilets) in all the rooms. And Dan - he not only was there to welcome us but see us off when we left after three days. He was truly a joy!!!

This hotel was perfect in every way. We enjoyed a clean and comfortable room, sparkling shower, friendly and professional staff (especially Audrey who checked us in late and was such a good ambassador). It is close to Biltmore and downtown. The breakfast was hot and adequate; good coffee is served in the lobby 24/7 along with fresh water in decanters. Mini market items are for sale including snacks and wine/beer at front desk area. The pool looked nice/clean. There is a patio for relaxing. And, we (4 female friends) felt very safe and secure throughout the hotel —along with the well-lit parking lot—and coming/going in the neighborhood). The NC Arboretum webpage offers a special code that is a great cost savings. Hilton honors membership gets you free WiFi, a few bottled waters and snacks. Would highly recommend.

I chose this location because the last place I stayed at on Tunnel Road had too much foot traffic, even though the hotel and service was excellent and this was a big mistake. The room size is great and so is the location, but the room is outdated, there was no microwave to cook anything in. My mini-fridge froze all my sandwiches I bought for hiking so I had to replace that and defrost my water, and it was lose on the base so it had to be held when opening. The internet was horrible, as it was slow and I never had this issue at any other place in the area. If you have dietary needs skip breakfast as there is no staff to help with things like non-dairy milk or vegan options or low-sugar items. Desk staff was interesting as they seemed to be gone whenever I went up to ask for towels or toilet paper and for check out after waiting 6 minutes I had to go behind the desk and call out the manager from the break room because I had to leave for a zoom meeting at 10:30. When I checked in at 3 on Monday, even though the hotel was 1/2 empty, I was given a ground floor room and when asked for a higher room was told that there was none. I usually stay in a competitors hotel and will go back to them again and one more important thing when I turned on the bathroom fan for more than 5 minutes the room smelled like burning wires. I am happy to say I am alive, but would rethink staying there.

We stayed here the first week in September. We booked a king studio and picked the corner room (all rooms that end in 27 on each floor) as it turns around the emergency stairs and the room is huge! We had two large tables and basically a wing with the king bed. The room was spotless and super clean. We liked the seal on the door and even though we stayed 4 nights we did not require room cleaning. The hotel seem to be constantly cleaned and the food service was pretty typical Hampton breakfast. Staff was very friendly and the location is literally two blocks from the Biltmore entrance. Also lots of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Asheville area.

+1
My recent stay at the Hampton Inn Biltmore Village was not as good as my previous stay. The hotel is three years old now but still in nice condition.
Check in was friendly but I was not allowed to select my room like last time and not provided water bottles either or even acknowledged as a Hiltons Honors member. The clerk was also not wearing the mask properly but under the nose where it defeats the purpose of the mask.
The room appeared clean at first with a clean stay sticker on the door that breaks apart when the door is opened.
The remote was in a plastic sleeve but very sticky so not likely cleaned. This is exactly why I bring my own cleaning supplies to disinfect my room as I learned you cannot trust housekeeping.
There were plenty of towels in the room.
Breakfast did not have tables closed to socially distance and they have gone back to having guests touch the same utensils. So I opted for a bagel to not deal with any of the high touch surfaces of the eggs and meats or waffles.
The check out clerk was indifferent and did not seem to want to be at work, never asked about the stay and barely acknowledged me or anyone else checking out.

This hotel has great location for visiting the Biltmore Estate & Asheville.
The only thing that I don't like is they have limited breakfast dining area and other guests tend to hang around. Thankfully one of the concierge tries to clean up the plates to signal, "if your done, go let the others sit & enjoy their breakfast."
Then our room wasn't ready when we arrive, took an hour to wait even though they said it's only 20 mins.

I will be honest by saying that I typically stay in four-star hotels but all of the hotels I tried to book were sold out due to the holiday weekend. We are a family of six so we stayed in a suite at this hotel and it was extremely clean large and comfortable. Not only did we love the room and the cleanliness and comfort but the indoor pool was very nice and clean for our children to enjoy when we came back each night especially since it’s winter. The breakfast was definitely our absolute favorite part. The options were pretty much unlimited from eggs to potatoes to smoothies etc. you are not in the middle of downtown Asheville which I was worried about but you are close enough to walk right next-door to TGI Fridays to grab a drink or a late night appetizer which is what we did and you can walk to the Biltmore Village which is full of shops and local goodies such as a really great bakery that we tried.

We spent five nights in a suite and enjoyed our stay a great deal. We loved having a kitchen sink, microwave and fridge, and a sofa to watch TV at night (the TV swivels so you can watch it from your King sized bed, as well). Breakfast was typical for Hampton, and they were following all of the CDC guidelines for COVID-19. We opted to not have our room serviced while we were there, but the house keepers were available to pick up trash bags left outside the room and give us clean towels. The location is perfect and seems super-safe. It is away from the busier downtown area, and close to the upscale Biltmore Forest homes and shops. Overall, a fantastic experience at this Hampton Inn.

We went out of our way, so to speak, to stay here again on our way north. It was fantastic last year and even better this year in the time of COVID-19.
First. The hotel is whistle clean. As is we felt incredibly safe. The rooms had seals on them to ensure their cleanliness, the tv remote was covered and clean. Wipes left for our use. Constant cleaning. Amazing protocols in place and being observed and used.
We didn’t expect much in the way of a breakfast as restrictions are slowly be lifted. However. And much to our surprise, there were fantastic breakfast offerings. Fresh coffee. Protocols and distancing in place. We chose to dine in our room and had a very satisfying multigrain bagel with egg and sausage or was it bacon. Idk. It was surprising tasty and filled us up.
We love this hotel as truly wish more Hilton or hotel properties in general were managed the way this one is.
Oh, and I’m Diamond with Hilton-which was actually remembered and honored at this property.
Extremely well done by one and all!!!
