The hotel was very nice, comfy beds, staff nice and location good. Very nice rooftop bar. However, my room was not courtyard side but window faced street. I was on 3rd floor and it sounded like the window was open because of street noise. Request room that’s doesn’t face street.
I stayed at this Hilton only because I was traveling with a relative a few days ago who had a dog and this place is dog friendly. I booked it because of this and the TA reviews. When we arrived, the parking was easy; there's a parking deck adjacent to the hotel and only steps…
Located just outside of downtown, this is an excellent option for visitors to Asheville. All the restaurants and shops are within walking distance, but there is also a shuttle when the weather or your energy level doesn't lend itself to walking. Very clean updated rooms.
We loved the location and the fact dogs were allowed was also great! We will definitely stay again. The two bartenders on the roof too bar were also awesome!!! Loved staying here. Only issue was the digital key.
This was a quick overnight stay, a few hours from home. We didn’t need a 5 Star Hotel for this quick trip, but we certainly received 5 star service at this Hilton Garden!I was impressed with this hotel from the time of our arrival until we checked out the next morning after…
"Do not get a room on the fourth or fifth floor. Loud music at night on rooftop bar. Staff inconsiderate and some are just down right rude."
"Stay elsewhere. A beautiful Renaissance is three blocks away from this noisy intersection."
"Pick a room facing downtown away from the busy street."
"Ask for a city view."
"Low floor if there is live music when you are staying at the hotel"
