A pleasant experience after visiting the keys. Convenient location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast. Clean. I recommend this as a good choice before going to the Keys or after going to the Keys. Right off of the Florida turnpike.
One night stay to pick up my stepsons in Homestead. My husband and I decided to stay at this hotel, and it was the best choice. The hotel was located in a very nice neighborhood. The staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and the complimentary hot breakfast was delicious, you also were given options to have cold and hot items. The rooms comes with both microwave and mini refrigerator, they can be updated but no complaints. Outback and Wendy's restaurants are located steps from the hotel and other shopping centers. The price was reasonable and we will stay again. Thank you
The hotel is right off the Florida Turnpike, making commute to/from the airport very easy. The staff were consistently friendly and professional. We had a complex group with many changes, and each time, with various staff, we had the same quality of service!
We found the hotel staff amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast good with a variety of selections. WiFi was consistent and good. Much was closed in the area, though it is close enough to Miami, the Everglades and Key Largo to do day trips. We would stay here again.
We got a king room newly renovated. The room itself very nice. The bed is ok but the bedding is terrible. The weighed comforter, the top is rough and scratchy, Like a brillo pad. The blanket in the closet the same way feels like an 30 year old knitted blanket itchy and uncomfortable. Asked at the desk its all they have for blankets. Had to go to Walmart to buy something to sleep with. Also no mini refrigerator or microwave in room.
Amazing service. Great space for corporate events. The conference room is very nice, confortable, clean. In general, all the services are great. Hotel recommended. Great service post sales. Thanks alot!
There were so many problems, but mainly it felt as if I was staying at a low quality motel and not a Hampton. From not telling me about the construction going on to the continuous pot smell. It was gross, but the worst was the dirty halls, smoking pool area and the roaches in the room! Just gross
German roaches in the ceiling and on the floors, we had to vacuum the roaches ourself to be able to sleep, after the maint come in sprayed of course they left the german roaches right there, rude ladies at the front desk
This was a great place to be to visit the Everglades as it's only about 20 minutes from the Coe visitor center. Our suite was great, and beautiful and clean and spacious! Front office was very helpful and the breakfast room was large and well equipped with varieties of foods. The exercise room was also very nice and the pool was lovely! We are Hilton gold this year and the hotel really fulfilled the upgrades very well for gold status period I would stay here again. It's lovely setting in the suburbs with ample parking and many restaurants nearby. Also we love the little Muscovy ducks that were the welcoming committee at the front door!
We have stayed here in the past and were disappointed that the facility is starting to show the effects of age or inattention. The rooms and breakfast buffet were adequate to the tasks of our overnight stay. The customer service at the front desk (bored facial expression and no eye contact) was...well, underwhelming. The impossible-to-ignore fans set up in EVERY hallway of the entire hotel to try to dry the carpets after a burst pipe were not conducive to a quiet night's rest. While the burst pipe was not anyone's fault, we thought the hotel (or the chain) could have extended some courtesy in the form of additional points for the stay or some other way in which to apologize for the inconvenience their wet carpets and damaged drywall caused the patrons.
