Right on Moab’s busy main thoroughfare, yet pretty quiet. Basic and clean, and the breakfast is really good. They have an odd check-in system using a video camera and off-site personnel, but it works pretty well. We had an issue the video folks could not solve, but Emily was right there, in-person, and knew just what to do. She was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable, so be nice to Emily if you stay here.
Third time I’ve stayed here since 2016. This place used to be a gem, with a local charm. I won’t be back. Last year noticed reduced quality of staff, but hoped it was just from the Covid disruptions. Sine then, they installed a cumbersome and frustrating virtual kiosk instead of using a live person for check in. There were maintenance issues. They no longer have drip coffee in the lobby, replaced by a machine that makes poor quality coffee. The vibe just feels uncomfortable.
Roaches. Tiny rooms with a realistic 70's decor. No human clerks or staff (automated kiosk to meet "all your needs"). Horrible. Never again. Breakfast was powdered eggs and weak coffee. Even the parking lot was impossibly small.
We stayed here two nights in order to visit the national parks near by. On first glance, the hotel doesn't look like much, but we were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations once we stepped inside our rooms which were clean and cheery - loved the no-carpet floors. We were given the adjoining rooms we asked for which was also nice. The breakfast area was small, but the food choices were great. The receptionist was also quite friendly and helpful. Compared to other hotels in the area, this place is well worth the going rate. Would definitely stay again.
Don’t miss this cute place for an easy and convenient stay in Moab. Pictures are true to what you will find at Adventure Inn. Nothing fancy. Very clean. Hot breakfast with all you need, scrambled eggs, sausage yogurt juices, breads etc. The staff is very kind and friendly. Laundry available. After long days of hiking we grilled in the open picnic area. So nice to chill have a beverage and grill our steaks. Love backing the car right up to our door for easy loading and unloading. Just five minutes to Arches and 30 minutes to Canyonlands and Dead Horse State Park. Walk downtown to all the stores and restaurants. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay in Moab, I highly recommend.
I don't know why there are so many great reviews of this motel. We ended up having to pay over $200 for a night due to a concert and art festival in town, along with the normal tourist season. And, while that is half the price of any other hotel (if we could have gotten a reservation ANYWHERE else, we would have, this is not a great motel. Here's a laundry list of items that were subpar: 1) There was a gab so large at the bottom of the door (and all the doors go to the outside - there are no inner rooms), we had to stuff a washcloth into the gap in the weatherstripping to prevent "critters" from coming in 2) The bed was so hard, a piece of granite would have been softer (and smoother). The bed was lumpy as well as hard as a rock 3) The pillows were flat and uncomfortable 4) The fire alarm on the ceiling looks like its been there 50 years 5) The floors are hardwood, so everything that blows in from under the door is on the floor. The floor felt dirty and I resorted to wearing socks in the room 6) The AC did not work properly. We set the room to 68 (cool), and had to stop and restart the unit multiple times as it would simply stop running or run for 10 seconds and shut off On the plus side: 1) The staff were friendly and helpful 2) The hotel as a text notification system to communicate to the hotel staff 3) Outside of the dirt on the floor, the room was otherwise clean, had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave I have ready the reviews of others and prefer to see the positive vs. the negative in most situations. A 2 star rating is the best "positive" I can muster for this property.…
We arrived and the toilet did not work. After trying to unclog it ourselfs we asked for another room , was not available so we asked our money back. They agreed but did not refund even after we called booking and booking explained them how to refund. When we left moab (we found an alternative hotel without help of this location) we went back. Again they agreed to send us our money back. But they did not refund. They gave an excuse of computer not working 2 times. They said they would call us back, they did not call us back. There was already a plunger in the room , probably not the first time the room had the problem. Did not fix the cause of the problem the previous times. Facility not capable of helping or not willing, stay away. Moab is nice and full of other beter hotels , ... Stay away !…
Right in Moab and close to Arches Park, clean and early breakfast included, daily room cleaning and washcloths ( which are a rarity nowadays) walk to all restaurants in Moab and activities storefronts. All the front desk gals worked hard and were friendly
Micro wave, fridge and coffee machine in the rooms. Free coffee and juice the whole day at the reception. Very clean rooms. Fast and accurate check-in and check-out. Outside furniture and BBQ. Safe environment. At walking difference from downtown. Restaurant next door. No coupon for the broken oar restaurant. Small rooms.
First off, we expected a pool and hot tub as stated in their website, but were told at check-in that they never have had a pool and hot tub and the owners were aware of this being stated in the website. The rooms, though large were very stark of any decor and the furniture was shabby. The washer and dryer units only worked with the staff turning them on and the dryer would not stay on for more than 15 minutes at a time. The sidewalk on the side of the building was all torn up as they were supposedly installing a new walkway, but no workers were around the 4 days we were there. Plusses were: good hot water and water pressure in our room, the breakfast buffet was decent, 2 out of 3 of the staff were very friendly and helpful
