The staff is incredibly rude. The General Manager Rafael does not care about customer service at all. (Notice all of his responses to upset reviews start with "I'm sorry you feel that way". Typical of the passive aggressive games he played with us.) One of the many examples includes our room swap. At the time of booking we reserved the...

First of all the room was clean and the staff for the most part was very nice. However I do recommend that you book a top floor room. The noise from the people above us was bad. The floors are not carpeted so you can hear every step someone takes. I was woken up every morning around 7 because of...

Good rates $149 vs. $200+ at other hotels ... Not a well built hotel, seems like a modular structure and finishes ... However, the beds were comfortable, nice size bathroom. We brought our own fan to help with noise ... If other guests would be considerate and NOT let there doors slam, I couldn't find any complaints really.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the National Parks. Overall, this is a good place to stay. The rooms are average size and were clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were also clean and the hot tub is very large. The staff were friendly and professional in my experience. The only thing I'd like to...

Says on the internet that they are pet friendly. They wait until you are there and then try to hit you with a $100.00 per night fine for having your pet. Last year when we stayed they had a water fountain in the lobby for the dogs and canister full of dog bones. When asked about that they said they...

A photographer friend and I stayed in a very nicely priced mini suite here for three days and we couldn't be happier. Wifi worked well, there was lots of room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Down side; the hot tub bench was too high so you didn't sit far enough down in the water and the jets were two...

The location of this motel is (in my opinion) the best thing it has going for it. Our room (#322, not far from the elevator and ice machine) was clean and comfortable. What I didn't like: we could here snoring from the room next door; as well as lots of doors slamming before 8AM on a Saturday morning, followed up...

With cabinets & countertop separating the two beds this was a good layout for traveling with our son. The room felt spacious. We might well stay here again, especially with this being so much more affordable during peak spring break season compared to small private homes on VRBO. It had a very easy walking distance to downtown. Lows were the...

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Not a ton of frills, but then no one goes to Moab to hang around a hotel room. I liked the microwave, sink and refrigerator in the room. That kinda helped us keep breakfast and snacks in the room so we could eat something quick in the morning and go start having fun first thing.

We had a great stay here for 3 nights last week. We were traveling with our small dog, it worked out really well. Loved the hardwood floors instead of nasty carpet you see in some hotels. They took good care of us. We had no problems with the wifi, we used it a lot. We were only steps from downtown,...
