A great comfortable stay in a well kept and very competitively priced hotel while on a road trip with my wife. Richard took very good care of us. We had a nice quiet room on the second floor facing away from the highway. We would definitely stay here again.
We have stayed here several times and love it! Rooms are very nice and clean. They actually have good tv’s. The staff is very friendly as well. A nice area for taking the dogs out. Although they have started charging $25 per pet now. Still a great place.
This hotel now charges a $25 pet fee. They will not tell you verbally or charge you upon check-in. They will wait for the next morning and catch you when leaving, stop you, and charge you. If you read the pet policy they have you sign it indicates there is a charge (I did not read the policy closely because I have never been charged a pet fee at a La Quinta) I am a 100% disable Veteran that travels with an emotional support dog (not technically a service dog) and La Quinta was always the preferred hotel because of it being pet friendly. This in no longer the case.
This is an older property, and the rooms show it with the bathroom divided into toilet/shower and then sink in the room. They've obviously done a soft good refurb, and the bed and couch were fine. Breakfast was okay, kept sparklingly clean by staff. Welcome was not friendly or helpful. Lots of well-lit parking and walking distance to several restaurants/bars, which is nice. Overall fine, but I'd likely pick a newer property next time.
Breakfast was OK, not great. Location was very good. Overall not up to the quality of La Quinta in St. George. Not overpriced but not cheap. Pets were welcome but we only heard one who barked for a while. Room was pretty quiet once they shut up the barking dog.
Very nice and clean. Breakfast was great for the big day of sight-seeing. Close to everything. Staff was very helpful in making suggestions to help guide us along the way. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery. Great views as well. I would highly recommend!
We were charged with no refund for a room we never stayed in. Tried to get a hold of the boss (Mike) that never showed up at the time he was supposed to be in. Never called us back. Kristina was the manager and was extremely rude to us and told us she didn’t even want us to stay at the hotel because we were trying to get out money back. I would never ever recommend or stay and this chain or hotel ever! Beware!
Bring Fido.com shows a rate of $77 but add about $130 to that for accuracy (Oct 2022). At least this LQ is not yet charging a pet fee. There's a large grassy area and trails for dogs. The room was clean and spacious with an easy chair. Good shower pressure. I used Wyndham rewards but would not stay again if I had to pay full price. It is Moab so price reflects that.
We stayed here just overnight after visiting Arches National Park. Moab is within a few miles of the park. Hotels are expensive in Moab. The room was comfortable and we did not have any issues with this property. We would stay here again.
I travel with tour groups and I stayed here last yr and had problems with the old mgr who was not used to dealing with groups. Came back this yr with a group needing 25 rooms and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Kristina is the new asst GM and it made all the difference in the world. The old mgr wouldn't put names on the key packs without prior approval. In any case the keys were ready, rooms assigned and people available to help deliver luggage. Kristina arranged for breakfast to open a bit early which allowed us to leave for Arches NP a bit earlier. Location is good with 3 or 4 restaurants walkable from hotel. Nice grocery store across the street. The rooms have always been spacious with sofa and refer in rm. Convenient to parks and downtown. The change in mgmt was very noticeable and it made checking in and out much easier for my group.…
