This was a perfect place with affordable prices. It was very clean, had fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. It is conveniently located to National Parks. I would definitely stay here again! (I would request a room on the back side to avoid road noise.)

Nice room, clean, fridge, coffee, mugs, comfy bed. Plenty of hot water, plenty of ice. Manager is very friendly and helpful. A very reasonable motel in Moab and an excellent value. I had reserved a room for 2 days, but my wife had a stroke and had to go in the hospital the first day. The manager was very nice and refunded the cost of the 2nd day. I definitely recommend this motel.

Pleasantly surprised. Motel is dated; no frills, but very clean and comfortable rooms and a nice shower. Perfect after a day of hiking the park. Rooms are quiet; we would stay again. Nice for the price. Met all of our basic needs.

Quick, easy check-in process. Room was clean and had everything I needed (a heater, fridge, microwave, plenty of power outlets and a mug). Well decorated and spacious as well! Only issue was the loud creaky floors and the blow dryer not working. Other than that, I recommend staying here!

I stayed twice there meaning I came back. It's probably the one of the cheapest locations in Moab and worth the money. The first time staff didn't wear masks, the second time they did and used sanitzier, which I appreciate during a pandemic. Guests never wore masks. The place is actually really nice. Room is fine and you have all you need. It's a small place which I really enjoyed but you can easily hear your room neighbors. The second time I had a room next to a side entrance/exit and since both of them were open, the wind (or should I say storm) was very loud. Overall, it's not the cream of the crop but for sure a place I can recommend.
