Hampton Inn Moab - we can't thank you enough! Mountain High School took 25 students and 4 staff on a weekend hiking trip in Moab. Our stay at Hampton Inn was perfect! The staff was friendly and helped with all our wants and needs. They treated our students with respect and helped our group have a good time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were all very comfortable at the end of our long days. The pool and hot tub were icing on the cake for our students. Students very much enjoyed the breakfast each morning and there was something availble for all tastes and dietary needs. The location is conveneint and near restaurants, shopping and recreation. We will make reservations here again with our students/school. Staying here added helped make our whole trip stress free and amazing!…
Checked into this hotel after a long drive in. My husband got in the shower and found feces on the shower head and shower walls. We reported to staff who attempted to clean it up but said that nothing more could be done until the manager arrived the next morning. We figured they would apologize and offer another room at the least. When the manager Nathan called, he did not apologize and asked, “ if you stay another night, will you find something wrong with that room as well?” He went on to say that there was nothing he could do and that the feces had been cleaned up and the situation had been “rectified”. Nothing further needs to be done. When I told him I would complain to upper management he said, “ please do, feel free, nothing else will be done.” Worst experience ever at a hotel. I’ll never stay at a Hampton inn again. Obviously the feces was missed but the customer service this hotel had was the worst I’ve ever experienced.…
This establishment is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hallways are broad and bright--no one is trying to hide dirt here. The place was remodeled three years ago by craftsmen who cared about their work (regrettably, I've been in many motels which show the opposite). I stayed in a dozen Hamptons on this trip and this one was the best by far.
This hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy with Ty. He was friendly and welcoming. Our room was nice and cool with a great bed and a perfectly updated and spotless bathroom. Breakfast provided a good variety with healthful choices and was served in an organized and very clean manner. Heather at the front desk was helpful and kind in the morning. Every hotel should be this nice to stay in, but very few are. Thank you for your hard work and caring staff. We’ll look forward to coming back for another visit.
Hampton Inn Moab was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff was friendly, the room was super clean, and the layout was thought out because everything had a place. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Moab, Utah.
Hampton Inn is Hampton Inn. I love the Hamptons. Rooms was super comfortable (and I LOVE the Hampton's sheets), breakfast was great, the staff was friendly... everything contributed to having a great time there.
We have stayed at this Hampton quite a few times and for different reasons and have always had a good experience. The rooms are clean and we have finally figured out where the quiet ones are located! The breakfast had a good selection and the area was very clean. We found the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Always a nice place to stay.
This is a very modern hotel, perfectly located to explore the area. Our family of 5 were visiting from Ireland (our 3 chn are teeangers) and the room was very spacious. 2 Queen beds abd a large sofa bed. Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast facilities and food first class. The pool area was lovely and the drive to the park was less than 5 minutes. If visiting Moab again we will definitely rebook this hotel.
