Great friendly little place, the best value I could find in Moab, and I got a great sleep. Staff were really friendly with recommendations for places to eat and where to go and see. The room was comfortable and I slept quite well.

10 minutes drive from the Arches National Park entrance. Walking distance to all Moab restaurants and activities. Rooms have nice little kitchenette, with a normal sized fridge. AC in the room was on the noisy side, but hey, it worked which was critical in the 107 F heat. :-) Staff is friendly and helpful with recommendations. This is a small...

Booked this motel because the name brands were entirely too high in price. On arrival we met the couple that run the place. Both are very down to earth and very friendly. We met their yorkie pups and thoroughly enjoyed them. The check in was quick and after the visit we headed to our room. The room is well appointed...

The Virginian was a great little place to stay in Moab. Friendly owners, clean living space, and convenient to Arches and Canyonlands. You can also walk downtown and there's a fun, affordable diner across the street! Nothing fancy, but a great place to crash at the end of a day of exploring.

Moab was very expensive, and this was the cheapest motel we could find (booking online). Despite being on a busy street, the room was quiet. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants. The manager was very friendly & helpful. they have a nice shaded picnic area out back.

We booked a queen room upstairs, we got room 228, great large room right on a corner and the only one with a window looking at the back of the motel, which has a river running by with a bridge over it very picturesque. Later that evening we went back there and followed the path for a long ways, even...

We spent 3 nights in Moab. The Virginian was comfortable, but nothing flashy or fancy. It is reasonably priced - by far the least expensive place we stayed during our tour of Utah. It is convenient to restaurants and bars on the main drag in Moab. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here when we...

Traveling on vacation, only needed one nights stay, per reviews on Trip Advisor, this place was nicely rated as a mid range priced hotel. Called about 2 hours out and the lady was so nice in getting us booked. Upon arrival, the gentleman was very helpful in a nice steakhouse. The rooms were clean, comfortable & the shower was good....

Very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the city. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgable in regards to the town's options for dining, hiking, etc (thank you Tessa for recommending Corona Arch!). Amenities were excellent; clean bathroom, fast wi-fi, and the hotel is in the heart of downtown with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I would...

We spent 2 nights at this throw back motel. It was just what you'd expect for an old motel. It was affordable and clean, absolutely nothing fancy yet adequate for a good nights sleep. Easily walkable to the main street and all the restaurants and shops. It is set back from the noise and commotion of Main Street
