I was treated like a liar by the staff and management at the Hyatt when I should be filing a police report against them for fraud! They charged me 30% more than what they said the room rate was when I arrived. I received an additional hundred dollar charge when I left! When I tried to resolve it, they acted like I was lying and trying to get something for free. Additionally, their pet fee is ridiculously high, my TV did not work, and the hotel desk clerk was a creep. I will never stay in a Hyatt again.
It was impressive how clean this hotel is, the breakfast is also great and delicious! Great recommendation for a personal vacation or business trip. The check-in was requested earlier and they were able to accommodate that.
We came across this hotel towards the end of a long road trip and it was one of the best hotel experiences we had. The property is newer, with a nice architectural style and better finishes, and was clean and very comfortable. The only drawback is that the internet and TV access were unduly cumbersome and complicated and among other things required creating yet another Google account, which we weren't willing to do. In this case Hyatt is trying to be too clever in capturing internet traffic and saving money on streaming services.
Only complaint was the bathroom doors are noisy when everyone else in the room is asleep. Otherwise awesome hotel with a wonderful hot tub. The breakfast is truly a breakfast with something for everyone.
Clean, contemporary, new hotel with nice amenities. We really liked staying in a casita due to the somewhat secluded (yet included) vibe. We had our border collie with us and the casita was very convenient for early morning walks. Breakfast was better than expected during this off-season stay, with hot offerings included. The location was perfect for us; close to the busy part of town yet away from any hustle and bustle. Great staff.
Stayed for 8 nights to visit parks and not a bad place to be holed up for eight nights. Very clean and new. Prices were good for the slow season. Front desk and all staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and nice to just go downstairs to eat and get on our way. Hot tub was big and working. Free laundry. You just pay for the soap. It is located at the north end of town closer to Arches. Room with a view overlooks the parking lot and mountains. The backside of hotel faces a cliff which is very close so no real view.
This is first time we have stayed at this hotel bc during spring summer and fall it’s just outrageously expensive. Winter rates are more in line with other Hyatt places. Having said that, it is much nicer than most Hyatt places, but it is still a LIMITED SERVICE hotel.
1st stay at a Hyatt property. Staff at desk were friendly. Faucet of sink in bathroom was loose and could not get hot or cold water - just kinda room temperature. Room setup with sitting/reading area was nice. Carpet in hallway starting to show age. Burger at restaurant was good; fries average. Requested upper floor - got 1st floor.
highly recommend to anyone who visit Moab. We enjoy our stay at Hyatt this time. This is our 3rd time visit Moab but first time stay at Hyatt. I'd definitely consider to stay at this hotel again when I visit next time. If I have to be picky, their coffee needs to be stronger because it tastes not much difference as water.
We stayed a night at the hotel. It is a very nice/cozy hotel. It is about 1 mile from the Arch national park. The room is very clean and everything functions. Very quiet at night. We have a dog traveling with us. The hotel is pet-friendly. The hotel has a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinners. The dinner is reasonably priced. Very delirious.
