Just would like everyone to know how worst PIC-SAIPAN is. You let your customer check-in at 3pm and they are only allowed to do swimming or used the facilities itself after they check-in. And worst your kiddie pool closes at 5pm!!!! What a bad customer service you have. YOU ONLY LIKE TO GAIN MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMER YET GIVING A VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! So guys, if your family wants to enjoy a GOOD HOTEL better NOT PIC-SAIPAN. You better check other hotels.

The water park facilities are good for children to spend a day. The location is not near by the down town area. Restaurant is in average on food and always full with in house guest from the room package.

Last time we were here, the resort was with less people so we got to enjoy the water park more without having to fight your way into the pool or etc., this time, the water park for us, adults was a bit overcrowded especially the pool. The lazy river was without tube because there’s so many people, they actually ran out of tube. If you ask the lifeguards, they just shrug and say it’s all over the river, just look around if you get lucky. Nice! We were looking forward to have a fun adult time in Buoy Bar that night but turned out, it was also overcrowded and hot. There’s fire-lamps everywhere and full of people. Needless to say, it was hot and muggy. I enjoyed the music but the heat just prevents us from having a good time so we retire to our room earlier that liked. Another downside is the air conditioner in our room. There’s no way to control it. It’s just one temperature all the time so if it’s too hot outside, you just have to suck it up. We had to fan ourselves with the safe deposit box instructions because it was laminated. We even fan ourselves at night while laying in bed until we got settled and fell asleep. After that then it was alright. We slept rather well. But I think for the boys, ages 8 and 9 years old, they didn’t care. I saw that they are truly having fun. And that’s the most important part. They didn’t mind the line on the slides nor did they kind the packed pool. They enjoyed the surf boarding the most. The breakfast buffet was just alright, nothing to brag about. It was the usual breakfast menu of bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles and etc. The overall resort was well designed. Life guards are also everywhere but the other staff appears tired or frazzled because there’s just too many people. I am not sure if it’s just bec. It’s was a 3 day weekend (Labor Day) when we went or are they always packed on weekends? Nevertheless, it’s was fun for the boys and doable for us adults, overall. It just could have been better... For the price we paid, We expected a little bit more. Therefore, I don’t think we will be coming back anytime soon unless it’s free... haha.

The overall construction and attraction was beautiful in this hotel. The people and service were really nice, I had a wonderful time. There are many things to do there, good for traveling with families and friends. And the activities had so many varieties, good for people with all ages. The food and rooms were very aesthetic too.

With the waterpark and many things to do at the hotel, it would seem difficult to break away and enjoy the lovely island of Saipan. Rooms are ample and comfortable, property in general is pretty awesome! Large hotel with a resort character. So much activity, this is the perfect place for a vacation - especially a family with kids. Very close to the Saipan airport. A 15-minute drive to the main part of the island. Enjoy!
