We loved the location of this worldmark! It is within walking distance to Union Square and is right around the corner to the entrance of Chinatown. They do have valet parking available. There is a small market across the street and tons of restaurants nearby. They also had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Staff was friendly...

We stayed at the worldmark for 4 nights and i can't say I was really impressed with much. The room was not that good and there was no safe on the room. The bathroom was horrible, there was no counter space at all, we couldn't get our shower rod to stay one place to get the water coming out at...

My wife and I have both lived in SF/the Bay Area and are very familiar with the city. We selected Worldmark San Francisco for my birthday mini-vacation and a chance to spend time with my kids and granddaughter, who live in Oakland. The location is superb -- we could walk virtually anywhere we wanted to visit this trip, from North...

Loved the location but hate how they try and get you to attend the timeshare things. The rooms are fine. Nothing special. You have everything you need but not at all fancy. Parking is ridiculous and very very expensive so unless you need a car don't rent one.

Dear Htimmerman, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay from last year. All feedback is appreciated whether positive or negative. As you point out, this is a vacation ownership property so there is an element of getting current owners to updates, as well as introducing vacation ownership opportunities to non-owners. However, no guest is obligated to particpate...

Small space for more than two people. Very attentive and friendly staff. Valet parking very convenient. Good access to union square and china town. Expect high pressure sales pitch for time-share ownership if you decide it is worth a "free" breakfast.

Staff are wonderful and friendly. Location is excellent. We stayed 4 nights. My kids are age 9 and 7. They scooter around the city and drove some San Franciscan people crazy. We bought San Francisco Explorer ePass from Costco. Chose 4 attractions out of 13 attractions. Museum in SF is expensive. So this make it a good deal. We bike...

We were in a one bedroom unit with a nice kitchenette including a coffee maker, small microwave, and refrigerator. . The living room had a pull out hideabed which was comfortable. The bedroom had a queen sized bed. There is an elevator unless you are in the top floor units. Then you take the elevator up and walk up stairs...

By no means is this a brand new, or top of the line building with the most modern features... but it's serviceable, and it's honest, and it's in a wonderful area to base out of to explore. I highly recommend.this area for anyone looking to explore, and have fun in the city!

The Worldmark San Francisco hotel was very good and had amazing service, the one problem I had was because of the air conditioning in every window, the windows wouldn't close, so you could hear outside noise, but other than that, this hotel was very good.

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
As the oldest in North America, San Francisco's Chinatown is an exotic experience. A unique neighbourhood decorated with colourful shops, historic streetlights, hanging lanterns, and pagoda roofs awaits behind the stone-carved dragon gates. Feast on dim sum at the tea houses, or meet the locals who gather at historic Portsmouth Square to play chess or practice Tai Chi. Fish markets, produce stands, tourist shops, jewelry stores, fortune tellers, temples and restaurants come together to create a world unto itself in this historic neighbourhood.
