Stayed three nights. Very good sized bedroom with two queen beds and lots of space to store luggage etc. Hanging space a bit limited and inconvenient to access. Bathrooms are small but lots of clean fluffy towels. We would have used fewer towels if there had been somewhere to hang them. All areas clean and well presented. Good welcome from...

Dear David W, Thank you for your recent stay at our hotel and for sharing your experiences with us. While I am thrilled that you were pleased with your early check-in and the warm welcome from our staff, we regret that we had a system glitch in our lounge and could not charge your room for your meal. I hope...

Hotel was very clean and housekeeping daily. No wifi in room which is a bummer since it's 2017. Reception staff and door staff were friendly and polite. Location to Fishermans wharf and Alcatraz is perfect. If you like to shop and see sights this hotel is somewhat out on a limb. A lot of cost was spent on transport but...

Jennifer Spiegel is the concierge at the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf hotel and she is fabulous! She made fantastic suggestions, provided wonderful information of tours and things to do, booked things for us and is kind, intelligent, friendly and resourceful. We emailed prior to my arrival and her helpfulness didn't stop there. Upon our arrival I introduced myself and she continued...

This was our fourth stay at the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf Hotel...always either before or just after a long ocean cruise...this time on Cunard's Queen Elizabeth. Kind of an odd duck architecturally, the hotel is,.nevertheless,a pleasure top to bottom. Service was excellent on all fronts and especially during our stay the bellman was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious,...

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in January. The location of the hotel is great! Soo close to many tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids. We would recommend this hotel to others and it would be our pick again if we go to San...

This hotel feels like its an afterthought addition to the Sheraton hotel. Rooms are dated but well sized. Services like internet work poorly or not at all. Noise levels are high in some rooms due to garbage trucks collecting from this and nearby hotels throughout the night There is a very basic snack bar / breakfast area that doubles up...

We stayed for 4 days. On our first day we put out a door tag saying we didn't need room service because they said if we do that we would get either rewards points or 5 dollar hotel credit. Needless to say that we never got our room cleaned. They did come yesterday to clean after we had been out...
