While this hotel is in a good location , the service is terrible. I reported that the sink was back up, it took two days for someone to come fix it . The person doing the cleaning didn't report it . When the engineer came to fix it , he informed me it need to be snaked . Great !... More

I have stayed at the Fisherman's Wharf before at a similarly priced hotel which is on the waterfront. I thought I would try something different. Mistake. The hotel is large and impersonal. The walk from the lift to the room is a 10 day hike by camel. Two things irritated me. The first was the apparent lack of free wifi... More

This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay near Fisherman's Wharf. You are literally only a couple of blocks from the piers. The hotel...while not spectacular looking from the outside...was quite nice inside. It felt like it was recently renovated...as all the common areas and our room were very updated. We didn't try many of the amenities...so... More

I picked The Sheraton because of the location, and traveling with young kids that don't real walk a lot, and the Fishermans Wharf was pretty much local to a lot of the kids touristy locations, so I was happy staying here and the kids too. It was clean and quiet, they had a Safeway across the street, to buy snacks... More

I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip to SF. The location is probably good if you are a tourist- a few blocks from Fisherman's wharf. For me it wasn't walk able to any of the restaurants I wanted to visit in the city AND since the hotel was full of tourists, it felt overly crowded and very... More

As a platinum member of Marriott/Starwood, I'm typically a huge fan of the service I receive at these hotels. This hotel just has poor service. The floor of my room was disgusting (dirty sock, food wrappers, etc) found under bed. The room was also showing signs of wear - crooked old curtains for example. The check in process was slow... My wife and I stayed here in room 4207. We had a wonderful time. The pros of this hotel are the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the excellent location. Our room had all the amenities we have seen other hotels provide, coffee maker, safe, clock radio, flat screen TV, but an improvement was the lighting... More

This hotels is literally 1 block away from Fisherman's Wharf and there is a 7-11 on the way! I was NOT impressed with the breakfast buffet. I stayed here recently. Parked across the street st Safeway garage for $35 per night Versus $70 at the hotel. That's just a hint tourists, from a guy who used to work in this area.
