The location of this hotel is great. They were one of the options for my husbands business trip. I loved that the ferry building, CorePower yoga and SoulCycle were in walking distance! I applaud them on being green. I'm ok with not having clean sheets...More

It's located around the Union square.
Very convenient spot to look around downtown. You can reach shopping malls and department store in 5mins on foot. Also in front of the hotel, you can use BART which is useful to the Airport or other areas.

South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.

Very expensive. Their might be a city lot nearby that's less expensive. You could check.
