The Hilton is a huge hotel in a central location. Staff were attentive and service was good. We paid extra to have a newly renovated room with a view of the bay and Golden Gate bridge which was nice. I believe the standard rooms are not renovated as the hotel is quite old.

So we were on a road trip and spent 2 nights in San Francisco. We usually stay with Marriott properties since I'm an elite member. But my bf has Honors elite and we decided to stay at Hilton. Daily self parking was $57/night and there was a line for Honors members on the far right by the concierge which we...

Just checked into the hotel, room 13885. The service elevator next door has a howling noise that is terrible. This room should never be rented out. I actually was upgraded to this room for an extra $50 a night. What a joke. No view, howling... And no luggage after assuring it would be here in 5 minutes. FYI, there is...

Stayed at the Hilton recently. Such a busy place. A conference with 1,600 people. The Hotel really needs an upgrade. Carpets in the passage were stained. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good bathroom. Breakfast room isn't very glamorous, but has a good choice of food. When it came to check out we just put our keys in the express...

The Union Square Hilton is not directly adjacent to Union Square, but close enough. We had an amazing view of the city on the 34th Floor. The hotel is massive. The lobby feels like an airport and is more than well lit. It almost doesn't feel like you're in San Francisco until you can see the amazing view if you...

Front desk staff and even the bellhop's are extremely friendly and welcoming to the hotel. The hotel is enormous and spotlessly clean. I had a king bed beautiful room on the nineteenth floor with an incredible view. Bedding was extremely comfortable. Only complaint is the food shop in the lobby is extremely expensive even for San Francisco. The management should...

Best place to stay in the city. Rooms are great, location can't be beat and service is exceptional! If you have a chance, enjoy a cocktail at CityScape. What an amazing way to enjoy a great cocktail and views of the city.

We stayed May 20, 2017. It was a very busy hotel, and when checking in, I had asked whether it was possible to "uber" a ride into Chinatown. The gal that checked me in, was very helpful and pulled out a map and took the time to give me directions and said that it wasnt very far to walk and...
