Flew in from Europe and arrived late. Had a wonderful room with amazing views on 43 floor in 1 of the newly decorated rooms.. Very comfortable bed and quality linen/towels. Breakfast is enormous but expensive if paying for it. Good central location. Delighted to see that the restaurant on the top floor which was closed for years has reopened as...

Located in the heart of everything. Able to walk to the cable cars, located near Cheesecake Factory. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, but it is heated and we enjoyed having a fridge in the room. Internet TV had a little snag, but was corrected immediately.

the hotel is clean and the location is right downtown. The staff is wonderfully helpful. The rooms have coffee pots and free wifi if you are a honors member. Easy to get to from the Bart and also the F trolley goes right down to the pier. I used the concierge a lot and they were quite helpful.

From customer service, recognition, food and beverage- this is the number one address in San Francisco to stay. The hotel is conveniently located and with e-check in, I was able to select a room on the 39th floor. The room was well proportioned with a picture postcard view. The view extended out to the Golden Gate bridge and I watched...

Stayed for a night - the location is in Union Square, but it should be noted that it's really on the Tenderloin side, so the folks within walking distance are a little shady at best. Definitely something to consider for women traveling alone or families with children. I was charged a $50 deposit for the minibar (which didn't exist in...

I've stayed at the Hilton in December. I picked it out from the numerous options, due to being a Hilton Honors member, but mostly because their prices were really good, considering the location and time of the year. I've upgraded to a higher floor room, so I could have a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Apparently, they had just...

We stayed at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square over the Christmas holidays. We had a very nice room with a large living room. The decor was a bit dated, but the room was clean and spacious. The check in process for HHonors members was not efficient. There was only one person handling that line on a holiday. The hotel...

Attended a conference back in June that was held at the Hilton Union Sq and so I stayed here for convenience's sake. For conference purposes I can only say that the hotel was massive and getting to certain ballrooms or meeting sites required docents with directions. However, in terms of accommodations, the rooms were decent sized especially by NYC standards....

The city is plagued by homeless and drug addicts. Whether its Fisherman Wharf with a overdose homeless in front of a store. To a union square being asked and begged for money on each corner block This is not a place for Famalies.
