The hotel was lovely and the staff were both friendly professional. The internet could have been faster but other than that I honestly don't have any true complains. Keep up thr good work, thank you for a lovely stay.

I have stayed at the Phoenix as a resident of San Francisco and as a visitor. They have an amazing pool and a great bar/restaurant. San Francisco locals hang out here. The rooms are classic and clean. Very central location.

I can't stress enough how the Pheonix not only met but exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and perfectly decorated. We will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to SF!

This is clearly a happening place to stay. The courtyard is really nice and like an oasis. The noise on Saturday night from a party was annoying, but ended around 11:00. The double bed was too small for my husband and I to be really comfortable. The strangest thing was the breakfast. There was a small pastry case with muffins...

This hotel is a mix of boutique hotel and hip motel, built around a courtyard with a fab heated pool. Rooms are simple but fun and comfortable and have everything you could want. Ipod/phone docs, plenty of sockets to charge devices, safe for valuables, tv, fan, lovely toiletry products. We stayed for two short visits with a weekend break between...

We loved our stay at the Phoenix! It was just a quick, one-night stay for our anniversary and to see Hamilton, but everyone we interacted with was helpful and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable and we enjoyed the free coffee and muffins in the morning. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but I always felt safe in the...

Nice amenities, very nice staff, clean room, and free parking. However, the room could use some updating as the wall hangings were odd and off putting. Although we did not use the pool, we were wishing we had brought swimsuits because families seemed to be having a most enjoyable time!

Excellent birthday brunch and service at Chambers SF. Was very happy with the menu and selection of food for our prix fixe order. Staff was very accommodating to get us checked in for our brunch, hotel room and have access to the amazing pool. Very relaxed and fun environment for a pool party, day party. Highly suggest restaurant, hotel rooms,...

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The location is great and convenient to most everything in the city. The free parking for guests is huge in a city like SF where it could cost as much $30-50 to park overnight. Our room was alright, and a bit less "cool" compared to some of the professional photos l, and included things like...
