I was a little disappointed when I saw the size of the room. The staff more than made up for this. I was able to walk to all of my meetings. and nearby food was plentiful. The street car was a block away and the F car was only 3 blocks away no need for a car.

Reviews are always based on someone's opinions and for me, I know that my expectations for a hotel is not as high as others who give low reviews. I mean, I know hotel staff aren't a maid or butler. haha. Other than that, Hotel Abri is a great place or I should say the location is great for public transits....

We stayed there for the Rock and Roll half marathon run. Everyone was very friendly and rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was excellent. Service was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location if you're using public transit. Very central to downtown. Being downtown in a big city you gotta expect noise. And this was no exception. We used the A/C on fan mode to drown out the street noise. Compared to other area hotels this was a relative bargain. Stayed in an "Oasis suite" which worked well for parents who...

We chose this hotel due to location and being able to get around in San Francisco. Great staff, nice but small rooms, able to walk to multiple restaurants, lots of different transportation available We enjoyed the pub for late night snacks and drinks

The hotel in itself was fine, however I had an issue with ordering about 35 work a food and having a 150 dollar hold on my credit card for room service. This was never explained at check in and I was very surprised to see these charges on my card. When I asked the service desk about it they said...

My partner and I checked in for a semi-local one-night getaway. Seriously, the staff (everyone) is ridiculously kind and warm. I feel like the young lady who checked us in's name is Ann; she was sweet, graceful, tactful, and thorough. The location was prime (for us), the amenities were unexpected, and there was plenty of restaurant options. Seriously, the only...

The rooms were a little smaller than expected. When we dined in the restaurant, it was very busy and the employees seemed a little overwhelmed and some were not so friendly. We were disappointed that the continental breakfast came in a brown bag for the price of the room. There was a lot of street noise due to the location...

Very friendly staff that knows customer service. Each and every time I exited and returned to the hotel I was greeted with genuine warmth. The staff recommended restaurants and things to do around town. Room was clean. The hotel is centrally located and steps away from ample shopping, food and transportation. I was a bit skeptical to stay at the...
