We stayed for 4 nights here in may 2015. They first gave the room next to the 19th century built elevator which one sound more than it works. Upon request they changed the room next day, however, due to ongoing renovation our stay was not as pleasant as expected. Since room rates are very high due to the location, they...

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at a Hyatt property --- and I was on family vacation. The bar/restaurant smelled like rotting garbage the entire week, the elevators were never fully operational, fountain and fireplace did not work until half way through our stay, I had to take my own bags out during check out despite asking for...

We stayed at the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf. The location was very good but the price seemed a bit high. Given that San Francisco is the heart of the tech industry in the world, I was shocked that this hotel did not have free wi-fi.

Perfect location. Great amenities. Friendly professional staff. We were on a couples trip and really loved being in the middle of everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to San Francisco.

Oh my goodness, this place is amazing. For all the poor reviews I read - I was beginning to worry, but it was for nothing. I have two rooms, both with full-size comfy beds. The rooms are huge and because I have rooms that face the inside courtyard, very little noise. My teens love the pool - its heated and...

Excellent staff and service; very polite and conscientious. Attended a training conference - while I expected nothing to be cheap, $50 for valet parking is a bit over the top even for San Francisco. Maybe that's what all the other places are charging. All-in-all - comfortable stay though.

Clos to everything you want to do in San Francisco. Clean and friendly. Room was only suited for up to four and we are a family of five. But we made it work. The pool is small but warm! The only problem we had was the last morning at 7am a group of rioters were yelling right outside our window!...

It lacked the warmth and welcoming atkosphere. It was way to sterile for my liking. The room was the same way....all white. For the price we paid for one night I would have expected complimentary coffee at least. I also didn't like the fact that parking was $50 a night!

Great Location and close to fisherman warff, golden gate, civic center, muni and girardelli square. Recommend this hotel but it would be great if room doesnot have a attached door. Very comfortable bed .

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here with a price of about $400.00 per night plus 57.00 per night for parking it definitely was not worth it. If I pay that much for a room that looks out onto a parking lot then there is something wrong with hotel prices. The pros were it was close to wharf. The...
