Nicely located hotel with very central location right on Union Sq. Check in was very quick and very informal they even had hyatt no which I had forgotten to enter. Room was nice and clean, but slightly small. Bathroom was small very outdated as compare...More
We stayed here in May. The facilities were great. The location was great. We opted for the club with penthouse facilities, including food and drinks. It was a great perk. The views up there were second to none. Would go back.

I'm glad you enjoyed the amenities offered at the Grand Club lounge. Your compliment is truly appreciated. We look forward to see you again soon!
True Rating: 4.3 circles for a centrally located, modern hotel with uber-friendly staff, especially "Maria T." at the front-desk (more on her later), clean, comfortable room with a stunning North-bay view. We wish there was a pool or better fitness center, but for many travelers,...More

Originally home to rallies supporting the Union Army in the Civil War, this grand square has become the city's premier shopping and entertainment district containing the largest number of upscale department stores, chic boutiques, art galleries and theatres in the city. It's a large open area where tourists and locals gather, watch cable cars and crowds go by, enjoy a snack, or plan their day of shopping and
sightseeing, If feeling the pulsating energy of the city is on your agenda, Union Square is the place to soak it in.
I am not sure, probably lowest floor and I don't recommend to get a room on lowest floor since the street is a little bit noisy ( if you are sensitive to the noise)
Floor 15 and up is a better deal with union square view.
