Great club experience great view of bay and city .service was like a great restaraunt. David was the best host I have ever had in a club of this kind the drinks are only 3 dollars and 4 for mixed which you mix on your own and only the best brands. Great champagne. Great location by union square. Rooms are...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

If you're going to SFO for a few days of applied tourism, you'll know there's a bewildering number of accommodation options. Rather than go for the low-rise eclectic options down near wharves, we opted for the Grand Hilton near Union Square. This is a nice hotel, as you would expect. The distinguishing features I would mention are a take-away coffee...

Thank you for your review. We are delighted had a lovely time at Grand Hyatt San Francisco. Sounds like you had a fun time exploring the neighborhood and the activities nearby. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for four days, two adults and one child. The hotel's location cannot be stressed enough - it is within walking distance of the main sites and the starting point for almost any tour of the city. The rooms are clean and well kept. The windows have an electric shade and have a TV, coffee...

Great hotel. They did an excellent job with the power out for seven hours. I was impressed. They were using a command station to hand check people in, giving away bottles of water and gatoraid. Our room was well cleaned. We loved the location.

This Hyatt is located in the center of life in San Francisco! exit the hotel and there is a Starbucks right across the street. Walk a few more steps and you are surrounded by shops like Lululemon, Macy's, Nike, North Face and everything else you can think of! 2 blocks away from China Town and not far of a walk...

We recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt and were constantly surprised by their guest service standards. From the 'keep/borrow/buy' items to the super helpful concierge who very quickly organised a hire car for us, to the front desk staff who hooked us up with a town car to get to the airport - could not fault them! Great location and...

A weekend trip to the city. Great location, friendly staff and clean hotel. There was a power outage the day we arrived but the staff handled the crisis really well. I appreciate that but the downfall it took a while to get check-in.

This hotel is close to everything - BART, the cable cars, 2 starbucks on opposite corners, McDs, a cute diner, nice restaurants like Morton's, and shopping at Union Square. It's an okay Hyatt. Not sure why it's considered a "Grand Hyatt" though - I've stayed at several "Grands" and they all are much nicer and special. This one is 'just...
