Excellent wifi Coffee in paper cups was ok I don't really want to comment on anything else just to say we were disappointed and should have done more research before committing to this hotel as part of our US trip :-(

Had a great couple of nights here In centre of city Hotel rooms small - but only to be expected as tucked into busy old traditional street Clean and tidy Offers complimentary breakfast - could do better here as not much on offer Has little bar area which was handy Great base for site seeing Close to tram for Fishermans...

I stayed 4 nights at this old and tired hotel. It is a less expensive option for those on a budget. I was less than impressed as a business traveller where I didn't need to be too restrictive and the room was small though the bed was comfy. The 'Continental' breakfast consisted of very unappealing cold pastries and croissants and...

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is conveniently located in the heart of san francisco city. Powell station and Union Square are a 5 min walking distance. You can take the BART from SFO for approx $8 (25 min ride) to get you to Powell station. Chinatown is also within walking distance. The Ferry Building is a...

I stayed at the Hotel Beresford with my 6 year old son for 3 nights and would highly recommend this place to anyone. I was a little nervous reading some of the reviews, but when we arrived, it was classy and clean with friendly staff. I loved the old world style of the hotel, the room was small but it...

Good location (5 minutes walk from Union Square) and very convenient connection with SFO international airport with a shuttle you can reserve directly at the hotel (at a good price). The room is clean and warm, but it's very noisy. Breakfast included, but very poor. Overpriced, but on the other hand SFO it's generally a bit pricey! Not all the...

Myself and my partner stayed at Hotel Beresford for a total of four nights in September last year. This hotel is perfect if you're looking for some where to stay primarily for location but a hotel that you'll also stay comfortably. The room we stayed in was very clean, warm and cosy. I believe we may have had one of...

This hotel was in a perfect location to all the sights in San Francisco. The staff was courteous, our double room was comfortable & roomy for 2. The double beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was fine, but would have loved to have some yogurt as well as the fruit, muffins & croissants. Coffee & juice was onsite as...

On arrival the guy that checked us in was really rude. We had a few issues with our room including the heater and no blind in our room we had to use a doona for the night to cover the window. Hotel itself is English style and old. The rooms are very small but clean, beds comfy. The rooms are...
