Reasonably priced, clean, dated (which we like), very good location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, shuttle to airport....what could be better!!!!! We were in town for Hamilton at the Orpheum Theater and this was very conveniently located for us.

We spent a few days in San Francisco and stayed at the Hotel Beresford. First impression was that the hotel was really old. But it does have character. Rooms are small but comfortable. Same with the bathroom. Just a note that they don't have safes...More
