The hotel is located in a very good place, we could walk anywhere we wanted to. Hotel was acceptable but a little old and tired. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was good but the room was very dark and a little dingy.

Tired, very small rooms. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend a stay here. Carpets are worn and dirty, paintwork chipped in the lobby, corridors and rooms.
Staff disinterested in customers. Horrible hotel find another
The only positive I can give this hotel is its central location. Its very handy for Union Square and most of what San Francisco has to offer.
