Stayed here for two nights... Excellent location just a few blocks from Union Square, and just a half hour walk over to AT&T Park... Excellent sized rooms with some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Top notch staff and a very comfortable stay. I will be back again for certain next time I am in San...

Wonderful hotel with terrific, friendly staff. Comfortable beds, minimal noise, good size rooms and bathrooms. Pool and work out facilities are good quality. We stayed for 1 week with 2 children (9, 11). We used the workout facility or pool every day. Imperial room floors are a great value for families because pool/workout facilities/continental breakfast/wine and cheese at night/internet access...

Our room was fine; comfortable, nice bed, great location, except....the bathroom smelled like vomit! We complained, so they came in to do an extra clean and brought in an air ionizer, but it did not help. We thought about trying to change rooms (which we probably should have) but just toughed it out because we didn't want to move again....

I'm actually still here and thought I would review the hotel now it's fresh in my head. Arrived on 30th in SF with wife and 2 boys (9 & 11) and decided to travel to hotel by BART from the airport as Powell Station is just around the corner. Leaving out the really badly designed machines to buy your BART...

Ever notice the attitude you get when checking into a more expensive hotel? You seem to get an attitude of arrogance from the staff as they look down on you. Seems to happen at hotels of a certain status. So once you get past that, the staff were helpful when we had any questions. Rooms were very nice, furnished well....

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Nikko for three nights on our way to Hawaii for our honeymoon. Our room was available for early check - in and the front desk and conceirge were very helpful. The Nikko is a sleek, modern hotel just off Union Square and close to the cable car. The rooms are great, but very expensive. And parking is $50/day You can opt for an included breakfast, but there are so many great places to eat in SF there is no reason to eat in the hotel.

We only stayed for a couple nights, but the rooms was clean and classy, the location was convenient (we raced from the train to the hotel in the pouring rain), and the staff was friendly. Having to pay extra to use the amenities is a bit overkill.

Booked on priceline and got a pretty good deal compared with rack rate. We were "upgraded" to a deluxe queen on arrival which was great, and were also asked if we would like to pay to use the pool, I knew about this from TA so was not surprised. Room was nice, but smallish - normal for SF I think,...

I stayed in Nikko on a business trip for a week or so and had a lovely stay. The location was great, lots of nice restaurants nearby and it was easy to walk everywhere.
