This hotel ruined our vacation. If you want sleepless nights, a tiny room, an even smaller bed (less than a UK double). Hearing everything from the neighbouring rooms, toilet flush their 6am alarm this is the hotel for you. We've been traveling around the west coast and this hotel is dreadful, overpriced, no breakfast. I would not recommend anyone stay...

Dear Michael, I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I know that rooms in a city can be quite compact, but we do offer several categories to stay in and perhaps if you give us another chance you can ask our reservations agent about our Imperial Room category that is more spacious...

Although I came here on a business trip, I plan to come back on personal time to enjoy the experience all over again! From the expeditious and friendly check-in process where all my questions about the hotel and its amenities answered, to the hotel experience itself, it was an all-around great stay which was only made better by the bitter-sweet...

I have so many great things to say about the Hotel Nikko! Lodging in SF can be quite pricey, so I was lucky to have gone to SF during a "down time" and snag a room here. Location is great - Union square is just a 7 min walk away so you're not bombarded by people. There is definitely a...

Great hotel with top quality service that caters to international travelers and business travelers. Just far enough from Union Square that it isn't hectic. Easy place to meet others for a breakfast or drinks etc. Clean, great attention to detail, easy recommendation for business travelers.

This is an okay hotel, but maybe a little overpriced. Rooms are a bit on the small side. Staff all very professional but just a bit too clinical to be described as friendly. All in all I have no complaints.

We were bumped from our previously booked hotel and "walked" to Hotel Nikko. It was a pleasant walk. The hotel is beautiful, the service was tops, and the rooms were very nice - very, very clean. Personally, I like a little more character (wood, history, nooks, etc.) even still there was nothing to complain about. Clean. Comfortable. Costly..

Nice rooms and proactive staff make this a nice choice if you need to be around San Francisco Downtown. Walking distance to Moscone Center and Union Square. Uber drivers are usually misled by the registered address (lost a couple of them during my stay).

Hotel Nikko has now climbed to take the top spot as my favorite hotel in the city. Conveniently located in the downtown aspects of SF, you are a short walk from pretty much anything that you would need. For most conferences in the area as will be safe to stay here and just walk to your destination. I'll have to...

It was an average hotel. Nice and clean. Rooms were pretty good, but nothing to amazing. Pool was closed Glass of wine at check in was a nice touch. Decent location to downtown, however for going to the tourist areas its a bit of a hike.

This place was fantastic. The room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Service was great and I loved the bar at the Anzu. The bartenders were friendly, attentive and filled with interesting stories of the area. They also made amazing drinks.
