The staff were very friendly and the location couldn't be more convenient. Everything was clean and nice. We knew to expect a small room as we had read the reviews. The beds were very comfortable. Fairly good value for a big city.

We were in SF in May 2016 for 3 Days. The Location of the hotel is just Perfect. 3minutes Away from the City Centre (shopping, Restaurants, cable car). The hotel Rooms are a bit small, but very comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. There's a parking House in Front of the hotel as well. Perfect Stay...

Upon check-in we realized that we had booked the wrong dates for check in, but they were very nice and fixed that for us (thanks Damien!) At that point I was determined to give them a 5/5, but after our stay I can't bring myself to do it. The room was small, and the heater was broken. It was so...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in April 2017. The staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby is small but quaint. Checking in was smooth and easy. The room was small but very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean but was so small it was difficult to get in/out of the shower/tub. The...

Rooms are very small but that was ok as we are happy to be busy all day and are only there to sleep . We were on floor five and we could still hear the traffic but after the first night we got used to that . The room looked like it had been freshly painted and the bathroom was...

The staff are all friendly and accommodating which is a great start. The one small elevator is sometimes annoying especially when you are on the top floor. Our rooms were tiny but our beds were very comfy and the bathroom was spotless. We stayed at this hotel because it's location is perfect and you can walk to Union square, the...

Not a bad stay by any means, but the room was tiny! There were three of us and we ended up sharing a king sized bed because there was nowhere to put a cot. The bathroom was really nice and big and there was a massive closet that was kind of a waste of space. We had some difficulty checking...

We arrived in San Francisco very early (7:30 am). We were able to check into our room at no additional charge because our room was available. I've never in my 67 years of staying in hotels had one do that. We had sandwiches that we wanted to take on our flight. They allowed us to put the sandwiches in their...

First, let me say that the staff at the hotel were amazing. They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The room size was Tiny! The two beds hardly fit in the room. They were also elevated way off the floor and the mattresses slid off the base every time you tried to get in the bed....

Room on 7th floor. No air con but fan effective and silent. Noisy as one would expect in the core of any city. Bathroom compact, but had over bath shower which was excellent. Coffee machine and toiletries good standard. Reception staff vigilant which gave feeling of security, that people just couldn't meander in when they've got no business too, given...
